Name: Sabria
Gender Female (gender pretty neutral though can look like an enfiminant boy)
Stage: Teen
Attitude/Style: Patient, quiet and observant, if Sabria could speak she probably wouldn't have much to say.
The entry that inspired her into being:
You would think the cool water would be inviting since her legs were dangling in the small pond. Hands propped herself up as she leaned back to stare indirectly at the noon day sun. Whilst other pokemon were foraging, swimming, and having fun, Sabria merely sat in silence staring up at the sky.
The starmie girl preferred the night, when the moon was so big she felt like she could reach out and touch it, even now she stretched her fingers up into the sky as if hoping she could grab that sun and smother it.
Even as the wind picked up and leaves drifted down, directing her gaze away from the sky, she felt herself sigh before closing her eyes and imagining herself playing the piano she had at home.
Fingers danced across imaginary keys. A beautiful melody played in her head.
The large gem at her collar bone blinked in rapid succession to the beat of the song, like the heart of a song trying to escape.
Pictures always came to mind when she did this, sometimes they were happy images, children playing...or a birthday party where the candles are being blown out. Sabria had come to realize early on that these were not imaginary things that her mind conjured up. No, in fact they were events that were happening in the here and now. Sabria had learned to take them in stride, as they came unbidden and sometimes unwelcome.
Currently, there was only darkness. As if her eyes were adjusting to the dimness she saw a troubling sight. A pokemon she didn't recognize was trapped in this dark place. It was hurt.
A pain tightened in her chest as if often did when she saw someone in trouble. As if she was sharing their pain. Her vision was panning out, showing more of the cave, and then she was outside going further out. Sabria could see the mountian the cave was inside of, the trail that led up to it. Strangely...the cave had a very strange ledge to it.
Fingers still dancing in the air before her, it was as if she hit the wrong note, the song andimage jarring and forcing her eyes to snap open. Her arms were still lifted in the air, her fingers poised as if to continue the song, but the Starmie girl looked confused and unsure.
There were people hurrying past her, perhaps they were the ones who had broke her trance. Lowering her hands slowly back to her sides she looked into the water, unable to meet the gaze of the people. There was shouting, she flinched as the loud words broke the stillness and calm in her small recluse.
Perhaps it was because she was looking down she wasn't prepared for the object that came hurling in her direction. Since she was a starmie pokemon, even hurled with such force the star only bounced off of her shoulder and plipped into the pool before her. Blinking she watched it sink into the waters below, the ripples and the soft glow betraying where it had setteled.
Her gaze returned to the spot where the two humanoids had been, whoever had been yelling, was already gone their companion with them. It was only moements later that two pokemon appeared, looking around and only slowing when they had caught sigh of her. When they came to her, they were giving her fairly strange looks.
Unaware of the changes she had undergone, she withdrew her legs from the pond and tucked them in close to herself. They approached her and began to ask her questions, Sabria could hear what they were saying. It wasn't like what they were asking her wasn't registering. No she heard every single word....but how could she help them? For one...she couldn't speak.
The fact they were both legendary pokemon, both awe inspiring, probably didn't help.
It was...perhaps how desperate they sounded and the fact they were missing their friend, someone who could possibly be in danger that she finally turned her head to really look at them both. Shaking her head, she touched her throat, opening her mouth Sabria tried to speak but not even a grunt came out.
A silent sigh, a frusterated look down at the forested floor. Sabria couldn't even fathom why they continued to ask for her help. It occured to her slowly....what if their friend was that pokemon she had seen in her vision? Licking her lips, she looked to the leader, the one which she thought was a Raikou. Standing up, she gently laid her hand on his back.
With her other hand she began to press the imaginary keys of a piano. One handed the effect wasn't as strong, but Sabria figured if she laid her hand on Raikou's back as she did it, she could share the vision she had seen moments before their arrival.
A deep breath as she summoned the notes in her head once again, her gem pulsing with the tune like a silent telegraph trying to pass on a message no one will ever know.
Silent minutes pass, the vision must of worked for suddenly the pokemon were giving her thanks, in hurried tones the one passed on the location to another and then they were both gone. As if they had only existed in her dreams.
