Because I have seen far to many disrespectful things said other guilds. Such things will not be tolerated in this guild. If we find that you have issues respecting other members you will be warned or if serious enough banned for your misdeed. This guild is a place of joy, not anger and hate. If you forget that, than that means you didn't need to be in this guild in the first place. And I will not hesitate to report you for harassment either.
