You have read correctly. This is the list of all Admin or MODz in the guild. Please do get to know them and their jobs so that you know which ones to PM when you need something Approved, Moved, Looked over, and more. Please do refine from contacting them when it involves pointless talk. We are very busy in the guild along with our RLs so it would be a bother to get distracted with chit-chat on subjects not important or non-guild related.

___The one responsible for keeping an eye on all positions and each crew member as listed below. Not only does s/he have the task of making sure each job is successfully completed, but s/he is also able to assist with, fulfill, or complete any task as listed below. He oversees the guild in its entirety, though major decisions require additional approval from fellow crew members.

___These are the individuals that can be called upon to be an outside party (someone not involved in the conflict) and pass a ruling on a battle. If someone believe that the other person is godmodding or whatever, they may call on a battle mod to solve the conflict. Also, if a battle mod sees a situation (long, drawn out OOC argument) they may step in and make a decision. If any other mod discovers a situation they may report it to a battle mod. Remember, your job is conflict resolution not judging. You cannot threaten anyone with a ban/removal/demotion. please contact this crew member.
This person is also tied closely to the crew member with the position "Human Resources".

___The one responsible for setting up, overseeing, and determining the results of fights in the guild. S/he is the one that will be along with two others that will RP as NPC Teachers when a fight has been submitted and accepted.

___The one responsible for all matters related to the guilds rule enforcement. They are the MODs besides the captain that hold the power to ban a member on the spot no question asked. They are the most trust of the MODs in the guild and they will ban you if your offense in the guild is bad enough for them to do so.

[ J U D G E]
___ These are the individuals that will pass judgement on OOC matters and matters that the Battle/RP moderators are unable to solve. The ruling the the judges is FINAL. No one, not even the guild Captain, can reverse these decisions unless the judges agree to reverse it. The only exception to this is if the Captain declares a mistrial. If the Captain believes that either 1) a decision was influenced by emotions or 2) the ruling was unjust, the Captain can declare a mistrial and order that another trial take place. In the event of this, the Captain will select three people to act as the judges for the second trial. If at any time a judge is found abusing his/her power he/she will be replaced. If someone that is involved in a case/being judge wishes to have one of the judges replaced that judge will be removed from the case and replaced with another VC of the guild Captain's choosing. At no time will there be any less than three judges. No one is exempt from the judges, not even the guild Captain or another judge.

___Assistants of the Battle Head. Typically helping in simple yet important matters, such as: setting up threads, or reading over fights.
