Personality: Chikiri is a mysterious man who usually gives off a "<******** off" air. He is usually seen napping when not on missions or fighting. Chikiri enjoys a good fight and can become friends with those he fights, especially if they are of near equal strength to his. Chikiri is very protective of his friends and will fight to his very last breath to protect them from harm. However, since he's a Kenpachi, finding someone as strong as him tends to be difficult and occasionally he'll actually wind up pissing someone off rather than befriending them. When he gets excited in a fight, though, he starts snickering. If he gets even more excited after that, he starts laughing maniacally. He prefers to fight with his feet when using Hakuda, but can use just about any Martial Arts when he wants to.

Biography:
Chikiri was born in a family of fighters. Two of his sisters (Which he had three of) were skilled in spears and lances, while the other sister was skilled in the bow. His eldest brother (He had four brothers.) was skilled in staffs and nunchuks. Two of his other brothers were skilled in axes. His last other brother was skilled in daggers. His father was skilled in every weapon imaginable. His mother was the only one who didn't know how to fight with a weapon. His family lived in the remote mountain regions of Mt. Fuji so they could train in solitude.
He was around seven when a bandit raiding party came down from the higher parts of the mountains and killed his entire family while they slept. He was having sleeping problems at that point, which is why he was able to kill the raiding party, but not before his family was slain. This is also what caused him to be as psychologically damaged and uncaring as he is. Since then, he has lived alone, and because of that, had to make his own weapons, cook his own food and build his own houses.
It was flooding the day he died. Chikiri was heading down the mountain to look for supplies to repair his house. Chikiri suffocated in a mudslide that day.
When he came to the Seireitei, he ended up in the Zaraki District of the Rukongai. During his centuries long wandering of the eighty districts of the Rukongai before he became a Shinigami, Chikiri had known a girl that had the appearance of an eighteen year old girl. A girl he had come to greatly admire. A girl with no name, that he eventually came to call Shūrei Tendōjima (天堂島 秀麗 Tendōjima Shūrei), for that is what she was to him. Beautiful. She seemed to like the name, too.
Chikiri and Tendojima met in the Zaraki district. Tendojima was getting brutally beaten by a bunch of low-life thugs for reasons unknown at the time. The fact that Chikiri was in that exact area happened to be pure coincidence. Needless to say, he saved her, and with little effort, too. His original intent was to save her, then leave. But there was something about the girl that seemed to interest him. So, he came back to see her again the next day, saving her again from low-life thugs, and the day after that, saving her again, and the day after that, too. Eventually, thugs stopped terrorizing her as they were afraid that Chikiri might be close by to beat them up. He also eventually came to learn that the reason why the thugs were beating her up was because she had declared that she would be a Shinigami. This is also what created his like for sake, apples and one of the reasons why he likes winter.
It had been about three hundred years later when they both finally went their separate ways. He came to her house as usual, but, when he looked around, he couldn't find her. He'd asked her neighbors where she was and they said they had no clue. There wasn't any evidence of a Hollow attack, Chikiri had seen, having had some experience fighting Hollows already. Where, then, did she go?
This was, in fact, one of the two reasons he became a Shinigami. The other reason was because he had heard there were a lot of strong guys there, and that piqued his interest. Currently, he still has no idea where she went, but, has never stopped looking for her, which explains his seemingly lazy demeanor. But, don't fret. He IS lazy. He just gets exhausted when he looks for her.

Zanpakutou Spirit:
(Human Form) An eight foot tall being clad in a black and white colored samurai yoroi (鎧, lit. "Armor"), minus the kabuto (兜, lit. "Helmet") with similar hairstyle as Chikiri. Weilds two black-sheathed katana, attached to its left hip. Pupils and irises are white with the sclera being black. Has enlarged, pointed teeth, sharp, claw-like nails on hands and feet. Skin is charcoal-black in tone. It also has chains wrapped around its forearms and shins with the ends dangling down.

Yami's explanation as to why he looks so different in the Inner World and Outer World is the best I could think of;
"Inside your mind your hopes, your dreams, your thoughts, your personality are all more important than anyone else's. As to why I'm cute-looking, eh, I just thought being cute would go with being small."
Sealed Form:
Two zanpakutou with black sheathes, attached to his left hip via the sash-loop around his hakama with a black chain hanging off the end of the hilts. The hilt-guards are decorated with the pattern of two dragons biting each others' tails in a circle around them.
When his zanpakutou are sealed, he regenerates 00.15% of his total reiatsu. However, if he seals his zanpakutou after releasing his Shikai or Bankai, there is a slight delay (One turn) as to when the regeneration starts.

Shikai Release Command:

Shikai Appearance: Akaruiakuma Yamikami
The blades bend backward in the resemblance of two falchion, with a nook near the blades' tips and another nook on the backside of the blade just above the hiltguard. The blades also get a zag on the edged-side of the zanpakutou a few centimeters above the hiltguards. The hiltguards each have half of the Yin Yang symbol, left with Yin, right with Yang. The blades are connected by a black chain at the hilts. In the middle of the chain there is a block of wood with a spell tag-looking slip of paper that has the Japanese kanji for "Bad Omen" (悪い前兆 Warui zenchō) written on it attached to said block of wood. The chain is located behind his back and can change length with Chikiri's will, exactly like the cloth wrapping around Ichigo's Shikai. The blades also now resemble Ichigo and his Hollow's Zangetsu blades in that one has a black blade with a white edge (Right zanpakutou), while the other has a white blade with a black edge (Left zanpakutou). He also wears the gauntlets of a typical samurai yoroi, with the padding coming halfway up his forearm. He also happens to have scattered bunches of either three or four white beads in his hair now, too.
Shikai Abilities/Attacks: It's exact ability is to manipulate reiatsu in various ways within two inches of the edges of his blades. He can also make his Shikai weaker by shortening the release command and using his nickname for his zanpakutou, "Yami." For everyone turn his Shikai is activated, it takes 00.01% out of his total reiatsu.

Yamishōmei (闇照明, lit."Dark Lightning"):
This technique is used via the black zanpakutou. It is activated when Chikiri draws in the reiatsu within a two inch radius of the nook on the edge near the tip of the blade. When said nook is pointed at the target, a bolt of black lighting will hurl itself towards said target. It is only able to go straight, though, and will keep going until it hits something. If said object is mobile by volition, then the object's appendage that is hit will become paralyzed if the object has less reiatsu then Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. However, if there head becomes paralyzed, their entire body becomes paralyzed, as well. The less difference there is in reiatsu, the less paralyzed the target shall be. Will only cause slight numbness if the object has more reiatsu than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. If it is normally inanimate, then it will simply explode by the lightning increasing the speed of its molecules. The paralysis lasts for five turns, while the numbness lasts three. Cooldown is three turns. Takes out 00.10% of his reiatsu.
Shiroshōmei (白照明, lit. "White Lightning"):
This technique is used via the white zanpakutou. It is activated when Chikiri draws in the reiatsu within a two inch radius of the nook on the edge near the tip of the blade. When said nook of the blade is pointed at the target, a bolt of white lighting will hurl itself towards said target. It is only able to go straight, though, and will keep going until it hits something. If said object is mobile by volition, then the creature will be subjected to the reality known as "Superhumanity," in which everything to them will appear to be moving at an exaggeratedly slow speed. The more equal the target's reiatsu is to Chikir's current reiatsu usage, the more normal everything will appear. Only slightly slows down objects with more reiatsu then Chikiri. If it is normally inanimate, then it will simply freeze and become impossible to move, caused by the lighting decreasing the speed of its molecules. The reality will only last for five turns, whereas the slight slowness will last for three. The inanimate object will be immovable for only two turns. Cooldown is three turns. Takes out 00.10% of his reiatsu.
Kami no Kurokabe (神の黒壁, loosely, "Black Wall of God"):
This technique is used via the black zanpakutou. When the blade is perpendicular to the target with the tip facing downward, a black flat wall, curved wall, dome, sphere or cube/rectangular prism will erect itself from the hilt of the zanpakutou, with the face of said wall, dome, sphere, or cube/rectangular prism covered by the burning white kanji for "Hikari" (光 "Light"). This technique allows for the complete and total negation of kidō based attackes and any physical attack, if the attacker's reiatsu is equal to or less than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage and prevents the use of kidō within the dome, sphere or cube/rectangular prism, equal to or less than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. Depending on the difference, it will prevent some parts of a kidō attack from entering the space within the dome, sphere, cube/rectangular prism, if the attacker's reiatsu is higher than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage and will also block physical attacks for a certain amount of attacks if the attacker has higher than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. The wall will last for four turns, with a cool-down time of four turns afterwards. Takes out 00.15% of his reiatsu on activation, with an added 00.05% for every turn it's active. (Activation turn; 00.15%. Next turn and onward; 00.20%)
Akuma no Shirokabe (悪魔の白い壁, loosely, "White Wall of Satan"):
This technique is used via the white zanpakutou. When the blade is perpidencular to the target with the tip facing upward, a white flat wall, curved wall, dome, sphere or cube/rectangular prism will erect itself from the hilt of the zanpakutou, with the face of said wall, dome, sphere, or cube/rectangular prism covered by the black flaming kanji for "Yami" (闇 "Darkness"). This technique allows for the deflection or reflection of any form of kidō based attacks equal to or lower than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage and also allows for the protection against any physical attacks if the attacker has equal to or lower than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. Depending on the difference between reiatsu usage, it will only block for a certain amount of attacks if the attacker has higher than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. Also prevents the use of kidō within the dome, sphere, cube/rectangular prism, equal to or less than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. Depending on the difference, it will prevent some parts of a kidō attack from entering the space within the dome, sphere, cube/rectangular prism, if the attacker's reiatsu is higher than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. The wall will last for four turns, with a cool-down time of four turns afterwards. Takes out 00.15% of his reiatsu on activation, with an added 00.05% for every turn it's active. (Activation turn; 00.15%. Next turn and onward; 00.20%)
Tsuki no Kurōku: Akumu no Kage (月のクローク: 悪夢の陰, literally "The Moon Cloak: Nightmare's Shadow"):
This technique allows Chikiri to instill heart-wrenching, paralyzing fear into any persons whose shadow his zanpakutou has come into contact with, so long as his full body actually withdraws into said shadow afterward. There is no counter-attack or measure for this technique, except to be sure to keep Chikiri off of your shadow. If you happen to move your shadow before he happens to withdraw completely into, he'll become tangible again. He'll also be dazed for about two turns. The fear will last for four turns. Has a cool down of five posts. Takes out 00.40% of his reiatsu.
Taiyō no Yoroi: Serafimu no Hikari (太陽の鎧秘: セラフィムの光, literally "The Sun Armor: Seraphim's Light"):
This technique allows Chikiri to grow white reaitsu wings made of light, which he can cover all but his face with to form into an armor very similar to a traditional samurai yoroi, thus protecting him from almost any attack except a Kido spell above #79 (#80 and up.) and a physical attack done by anyone who has above Lieutenant reiatsu (Only people with Captain-class reiatsu can cut him while he's using it.). and a reiatsu halo made of light. It also allows him to fuse both of his blades into one, however, fusing them into one won't really do anything except allow him to hold a single sword with both hands. (Technically making it twice as strong, but that's just physics.) Since this technique is a "Mode-type," it will last for a certain amount of turns, seven, specifically, with a cool down of five turns. Takes about 00.40% of his reiatsu to active, with a 00.30% increase every post afterward. (Activation turn; 00.40%. Next turn and onward; 00.70%.)

Bankai
Tenraiakuma Yabankami (天来悪魔 野蛮神, loosely, "Divine Devil, Savage God")
Bankai Appearance:
Chikiri now greatly resembles his own zanpakutou spirit, except that he still wears his gota. He now wears a typical samurai yoroi, though it is black in color. He also wears a typical samurai full-face "Oni" mask with horns curving behind him in the same flow as his hair, curving upward near the tip, instead of a half-face "Oni" mask and a kabuto (Helmet), though this stands out from the rest of his armor due to the fact that it is white in color, rather than black. His sclera have now turned completely black while his irises and pupils are white. His fingernails and toenails also grow out into claw-like objects. The chains that were attached to his zanpakutou's hilt have now broken apart and wrapped around his arms, curving over his shoulders and embedding themselves in his chest. The wooden block that had been attached to the chains is now gone, having splintered to bits when he released his Bankai.
When his Bankai is activated, Chikiri acts exactly like Ichigo's Full Hollowform, completely devoid of emotion or mercy and will even go after those he considers "Friends" or "Comrades."
Chikiri will only activate his Bankai when he is sure that he is about to die and none of his friends are around, though, if he has no choice while his friends are around, he will activate it and pray he doesn't go after them.
The damage shown on his Bankai is directly related to how much reiatsu he has left. He mask is always the last thing to be destroyed once his reiatsu is down enough.
Bankai Abilities/Attacks:
His zanpakutou Shikai powers are now increased to affecting reiatsu within two feet of the blades of his zanpakutou. There are now a few more things he can do, but only a few. He can also make his Bankai weaker by using his nickname for his Bankai, which is "Tenrai." For every turn his Bankai is activated, it takes 00.02% out of his total reiatsu.
Akuma no Hyōketsu (悪魔の評決, lit. "Satan's Verdict"):
This technique is used when either zanpakutou blade comes into contact with the target's nervous system. With this ability, so long as the target does not touch either zanpakutou hilt, Chikiri can briefly control a single sense of the target if the target's reiatsu is equal to or lower than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. There is also another way to break free from this technique; If you can discern that you are under the effect of it, it will wear off instantly. This technique will last for five turns. Cooldown is five turns. Takes 01.00% of his reiatsu to activate, with a 00.45% increase for the next turn and onward.
Kami no Jikkō (神の実行, lit. "God's Execution"):
This technique is used when both zanpakutou blades come into contact with the target's nervous system. With this ability, so long as the target does not touch both zanpakutou hilt, Chikiri is able to briefly manipulate the nervous sytem into feeling, seeing, hearing, smelling or tasting things that Chikiri decides if the target's reiatsu level is equal to or lower than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage. If the target's reiatsu is higher than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage, then the target will only have their nervous system act up every few seconds. There is also another way to break free from this technique; If you can discern that you are under the effect of it, then it wears off instantly. This technique will last five turns, with the glimpses lasting four. Cooldown is seevn turns. Takes 01.00% of his reiatsu to activate, with a 00.45% increase for the next turn and onward.
Warai no Kami (笑いの神, loosely, "The Snickering God"):
This is activated when Chikiri shows the only emotion he is capable of while in Bankai; Elation. That is to say, when he starts laughing. Once activated, this technique sends out massive waves of reiatsu that can physically cut through anything that has less reiatsu than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage that is within a four yard radius by rapidly vibrating the reiatsu in the air within two feet of Chikiri and dispersing them outward, like the movement of flapping out a carpet repeatedly. If it comes into contact with anything that has equal or greater reiatsu than Chikiri's current usage, it will then cause any creature within range of the attack to have their head pounded with about four-hundred and fifty PSI (Pounds per Square Inch.) of force, or it'll cause the blood vessels in the target's brain and eardrums to rupture, thereby limiting mobility and thought. If the attack is not stopped shortly after this occurs (Specifically, ten minutes. Or three posts.), then the creature(s) will bleed to death. Cooldown is four turns. Takes 01.55% of his reiatsu to activate, with a 00.45% increase in the next turn and onward.
Akuma no Chinmoku (悪魔の沈黙, loosely, "Satan's Silence"):
This is activated when Chikiri shows the only emotion he is capable of while in Bankai; Elation. That is to say, when he starts laughing. Once activated, this technique sends out massive surges of reiatsu that cause any Shinigami within a four yard radius to become incapable of performing any Kido above #40. Similar to "Warai no Kami," if the creature(s)'s reiatsu is equal to or higher than Chikiri's current reiatsu usage, then it will simply pound their head with four-hundred and fifty PSI of force. After about two minutes (Two posts.), the force starts to gain strength, about fifty PSI every minute afterwards. Cooldown is four turns. Takes 01.55% of his reiatsu to activate, with a 00.45% increase every turn afterward.

Extra Items/Other Information:
Extra items include a tattoo of the alchemic symbol for elemental balance on his upper back, the Japanese kanji for "Kurai Hi" (暗い日, lit. "Dark Day") tattooed onto his lower back, the Japanese kanji for "Akarui Yoru" (明るい夜, lit. "Bright Night") on his abdomen, geta sandals with the Japanese kanji for "Hidari" (左, lit. "Left") on the bottom of the right sandal and the kanji for "Migi" (右, lit. "Right") on the bottom of the left sandal, a tattoo of a skull and cross-bones on his right shoulder, and a black rose tattoo with five thorn points on his left shoulder.
The kanji on the bottom of his geta are reiastu limiters, which seal up about 6/10 of his reiatsu each. After his reiatsu has dropped back down, the limiters reform again.
Being the intelligent man that he is, he managed to create his own kidō spell, which he named "Terushiro Seishin-dō" (輝白 精神道, lit. "Bright White Spiritual Path"), which is only activated by a large seal on the ground in which the user of the spell has to sit cross-legged in the middle of with their zanpakutou draped over their lap. If they wield two zanpakutou, the blades must be pointed inward.
This kidō forcibly combines the Inner World of the zanpakutou's spirit with a radius of three hundred yards in all directions of the Outer World, the world which the Soul Reaper, Vizard or Arrancar dwells. It also happens to draw out the spirit of the zanpakutou out into the Outer World.
This technqiue is only able to be used by Lieutenant-class Soul Reapers, Vizard or Arrancar or higher, in order to further their bond with their zanpakutou. This technique can only be used for a maximum of three weeks, otherwise, the zanpakutou starts to break down from the strain.
Let's make a personal note; Since Chikiri is the twelfth generation Kenpachi, he is therefore stronger than Kenpachi Zaraki, who was the eleventh generation Kenpachi, who, with his eye-patch still on, was able to beat a Bankai, which presumably makes you five to ten times stronger, thus meaning that Kenpachi's strength is more than five to ten times that of a regular Captain with his eye-patch still on. Presumably, when he takes his eye-patch off, he becomes five times stronger...again. Thus meaning that, when he takes his eye-patch off, he is about twenty-five to fifty times stronger than that of a regular Captain. Adding on his kendo, which makes his attacks twice as strong, that would make him about fifty to a hundred times stronger than a regular Captain....and Chikiri is stronger than him...guess that means he's more than 100x stronger than that of a regular Captain, huh...? At least, if we were to use the anime's strength system. ********' eh, I love Bleach.
