Kekkei Tōta Description, History:
Kekkei tōta (血継淘汰; Literally meaning "a selection of blood inheritance" or "Bloodline Selection") is an advanced form of a kekkei genkai. The only known example is Dust Release, a combination of three different nature transformations.

Dust Release (塵遁, Jinton; Viz "Particle Style") is an advanced nature kekkei tōta, an advanced version of kekkei genkai, which is created through simultaneous use of the earth, wind, and fire natures. The techniques of this nature initially form as a small three-dimensional object (e.g. a cube, a cone, etc.) composed of chakra that forms between the user's hands. When the technique is released, the form expands and surrounds the target. This nature allows the user to manipulate molecules, giving them the ability to disintegrate anything on a molecular level within the boundaries of the three-dimensional form.
Dust Release techniques seem to require a certain amount of time when preparing the three-dimensional object, making it possible to prematurely halt the technique before it is completed, but once it's finished, the technique can be fired with astonishing speed. The hands also play a crucial role in preparation of techniques, interfering with the user's arms can hinder the technique. Dust Release techniques also appear to be rather chakra-taxing.

Only two shinobi in existence were capable of utilising this chakra nature: Mū and his student, Ōnoki. That is until the secrets that were stored in the foundation of Iwagakure were found by a young man that then perfected the art of dust release. He now teaches it to those worthy of learning the techniques, this means only the ones that use all three chakra natures and are high in chakra pools.

Strengths:
• Tactical (Can determine what class the opponent is, but not the chakra nature nor the clan or kekkei genkai they use/belong to.)
Ninjutsu (learn ninjutsu 1 post faster, and get a 1 rank increase on the techniques used)
Three Elements (this is the only clan usable after selecting Advanced Elemental class, but it also halves the amount of justsus one can learn)

Weaknesses:
Taijutsu/Kenjutsu users (if they are interupted before they can prepare their Dust Release techniques they can't use them, also from lifting heavy things even after changing the weight their bodies will slowly begin to give out on them)
Taijutsu/Kenjutsu take twice as many posts to learn
Needs one full post to prepare all Dust Release techniques (unless it is stated that they need more posts or less posts in the description of the technique)

Rules and Requirements: • Must have all three elements (Earth, Wind, and Fire), must be from the duel-Element Main Class and the Advanced Element Sub-Class.

Jutsu Name: Weight Manipulation
Rank: D-Rank
Element: Null
Classification: Passive Ninjutsu
Description: The user can either increase or decrease the weight of their body, this ability can be transferred to other people or objects by direct contact with them or it. This can make people and objects fly as well as make objects that are normally very light unmovable by people, this can be used in many ways but the most common is to cause ones self to fly or fall at incredible speeds to cause great impacts. This technique does not need a full post of preparation.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: Anything that can be touched

Jutsu Name: Dust Clone
Rank: C-Rank
Element: Dust Release
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: After gathering dust from the surrounding area the user can create a clone or clones from the dust collected, they are not very sturdy so a solid hit can initially take one out. But the explosion left behind after its destruction can push an enemy back a foot or two and can throw them off-guard. This technique does not need a full post of preparation.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: The clone can travel and exist as long as it has not been physically destroyed.

Jutsu Name: Dust Cloud
Rank: C-Rank
Element: Dust Release
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: This is a simple technique just to gather a large amount of dust into the area, this can minimize eyesight and cause irritation to the eyes but that is it's extent in power, this is mostly used for later techniques. This technique does not need a full post pf preparation.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: The dust covers a 50 yard radius.

Jutsu Name: Dust Ball
Rank: B-Rank
Element: Dust Release
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: The user will send a ball the size of a smoke or flash bomb at the opponent it will travel very fast in order to make it as effective as possible, the blast radius is condensed so that there is minimal collateral damage. But even with the radius of the blast condensed it does great damage to whatever it comes in contact with.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: Can travel up to 75 yards effectively after that its damage is halved and can only travel an additional 25 yards.

Jutsu Name: Dust Devil
Rank: B-Rank
Element: Dust Release
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: The user will swirl the dust in the area (this is most effective after the use of 'Dust Cloud') If Dust Cloud was used before this technique it will not take a full post to prepare, and its damage is increased significantly. The dust in the area will swirl at great speeds and intensities, this can deflect any ninja tool used, and if used after Dust Cloud it can even engulf a person and cut them up and at the same time push dirt into the cuts making them burn even worse and even causing further damage.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: If used alone can only travel 50 yards and deflect ninja tools and one low ranked Jutsu (C-Rank and below), when used after Dust Cloud it can travel 100 yards and can deflect EITHER two low ranked Jutsus (C-Rank and Below) or one high ranked Jutsu (B-Rank only)

Jutsu Name: Dust Dragon
Rank: A-Rank
Element: Dust Release
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: A huge Dragon made of dust will emerge from thin air, it can only use one 'Dust Ball' and one physical attack attempt, and it will disperse. It has a mind of its own for the most part so it can dodge techniques launched at it, and it is exceptionally fast for being a technique.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: Can travel as far as needed and as long as it has not used its attacks or has not been hit by a jutsu of equal or greater strength.

Jutsu Name: Dust Armor
Rank: A-Rank
Element: Dust Release
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: This armor can continuously be restored at the cost of A-Rank chakra, All techniques B-Rank and Below are nullified only causing impact damage and will not cause elemental damage. All techniques A-Rank will be brought down by one rank but will still hit the user hard and cause minor elemental damage.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: Around the users body

Jutsu Name: Dust Golem
Rank: S-Rank
Element: Dust Release
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: This jutsu is one of the most powerful jutsus in this particular Kekkei Tōta. A large Golem made purely from Dust will emerge, its size alone is intimidating. It can attack for up to 3 posts with normal attacks before it disperses, its physical strength is twice that of the users. This Golem can also launch up to three Dust Balls before it needs to disperse, meaning it can launch three jutsus one in each post and can attack every post until the third jutsu is launched. This technique is dangerous for all that stand in its way.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: Can travel as far as needed and can attack as long as it has not been dispersed or destroyed by attacking it with a technique of equal or greater strength.

Jutsu Name: Molecule Fusion
Rank: S-Rank
Element: Dust Release
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: After multiple objects are broken down into tiny particles, this justsu allows for the user to take 2 posts of preparations in order to surround those same particles and reconstruct those objects that were destroyed back to normal (this includes people) and if they want they can even combine two objects destroyed together as long as all the particles are there to reconstruct.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: Anything within the 3-dimensional object

Jutsu Name: Detachment of the Primitive World Technique
Rank: S+-Rank
Element: Dust Release
Classification: Ninjutsu
Description: The user uses Dust Release to create a structure, with a sphere located at its centre, between the palms of his hands. The structure expands rapidly in size when being propelled towards its intended target and traps them inside its confines. The sphere then seems to explode with a tremendous amount of force, while the exterior walls of the structure effectively restrict the size of the blast radius, resulting in the destruction of everything and anyone caught within as they are pulverised into minute particles of dust. The technique isn't limited to just affecting physical matter; it can also affect chakra-based defences, witnessed from Ōnoki's use of it to destroy Madara's Susanoo.

The resulting damage that this technique can produce varies considerably, depending on the initial shape of the created structure. For example, when fabricated in the form of a cube, the structure possesses a relatively small blast radius, minimising the possibility for collateral damage. However, the conical version was inferred to be enough to potentially destroy an entire island. When two similar techniques of approximately equal power collide, the pair merge into a single large spherical explosion; where everything caught within the substantial blast radius is completely pulverized. The techniques Speed is amazing after it is released (moves at twice the speed of the user), but it takes 2 posts to set up.
Requirements: Dust Release
Range: This works at all ranges but can only travel up to 100 yards in distance. Effected area is anything within the 3-dimensional object.

The Naga Clan

Flexible, Fast, and Deadly




H i s t o r y:
An old line hunted to near extinction, this clan hails from Kusagakure no Sato (Village Hidden in the Grass). A very secretive group in themselves, members of this clan seem to be very quick tempered. The brightest of this group tended to become excellent shinobi and their highly flexible bodies made them well suited for taijutsu. This clan reveres the majority of snakes and tends to mimic them in combat. Lightning fast strikes and envenomed bites tend to overtake their opponents quickly.



T r a i t s:
• Highly flexible, members of this clan can pop their limbs in and out of their sockets to move them in odd ways. Limbs can extend and retract by a foot at will to aid in taijutsu. (Flexibility enormously increased.)
• Members of this clan can extend and retract their necks mid-combat a great speed to bite at will. The range can be several times the length of their body. Retracting takes time but is near instant.
• Members of this clan are excellent in Ninjutsu receiving a +1 to Ninjutsu.
• Members of this clan develop fangs as they mature. By the age of 14 their fangs are full grown.
• Members can extend their arms and legs a good two feet but not in multiple directions.
• Members eyes have slit pupils and tend to be yellow in color.
• Most clan members skin is pale and sickly looking.
• Members of this clan tend to be aggressive.
• Members of this clan are immune to their own venom but not from another members. Each venom is slightly different and is very hard to build immunity to due to this.

Restrictions:
• New characters of this clan must start at genin
• Clan members must have doton as one of their elements.
• If a clan member obtains a summon other than snake it will attempt to kill them any time it is summoned. The boss summon will be automatically called instead of its lesser, and will upgrade the chakra to its cost.
• Clan members are never of large body size.


Venoms
Naga venom
B rank
Utilizing previous techniques the user channels their chakra into the salivary glands, causing their saliva to turn into a venom of sorts. This venom can be used by spitting into the eyes of their opponent, into an open wound, or through their bite. Effects of this chakra infused saliva is hallucinations, vomiting, dizziness, and rare cases of narcolepsy. This venom is very rarely fatal.

Vipers Venom

Another venom made by channeling chakra into the saliva, this toxin acts more on the vascular system, bringing about coagulation of the blood and clotting of the pulmonary arteries The pain of the wound is severe, and is speedily followed by swelling and discoloration.The bite is immediately followed by local pain of a burning character; the limb soon swells and becomes discolored, and within one to three hours great prostration, accompanied by vomiting, and often diarrhea, sets in. Cold, clammy perspiration is usual. The pulse becomes extremely feeble, and slight dyspnea and restlessness may be seen. In severe cases, the pulse may become imperceptible and the extremities cold. The patient may pass into coma within 4 hours if not treated.

Proteroglyphous Venom

The effect of the venom of proteroglyphous snakes is mainly on the nervous system, respiratory paralysis being quickly produced by bringing the venom into contact with the central nervous mechanism which controls respiration; the pain and local swelling which follow a bite are not usually severe.

The bite of all the proteroglyphous elapids, even of the smallest and gentlest, such as the Elaps or coral snakes, is, so far as known, deadly to humans. Anyone receiving such a bite will need to vacate the battlefield immediately and seek medical attention.
1 post: Breathing becomes labored
3 post: Breathing becomes nearly impossible
5 post: Breathing requires assistance
6 post: Death

Techniques:
Vipers grasp

D rank
Utilizing their flexibility the user is able to extend their necks up to several times the length of their body and bite anything in reach of their mouths. Does not require hand seals.

Piercing fangs
D rank
Passive
Channeling chakra into their mouth one time to create permanent effect, specifically the teeth, the users canine teeth elongate and become as hard as steel and as sharp as senbon.
(May be used to inject venom from above list.)

Pit viper
C rank
Channeling chakra to their eyes the user blinks once and their vision will change. They will see in thermal vision like certain vipers for a short time (4 posts) to their normal sight range. They cannot end this early.

Hebi Bunshin (Snake Clone)
B rank
The user summons a clone comprised of snakes. Follows the same rules as other high ranking bunshin but when dispersed instead of a cloud of smoke or an elemental blast, this clone falls apart into a mass of medium sized venomous serpents.

Twin Snakes Mutual Death Technique
A Rank
This forbidden technique is a murder-suicide attack, killing both the user and the target. The user makes a one-handed seal with both their hand and the intended victim's. Two snakes are then summoned from the user's sleeve, biting both their wrists and killing them with deadly venom.

Movement of the Snake
Rank - A
By once again performing the Snake seal the user is able to then make their body as flexible and agile as a Snake, making dodging, and attack from unconventional angles a walk in the park. Of course some attacks can't be dodge. But this jutsu does allow the user to stretch their body parts at about 5 meters. [Stay active for the entire fight once activated. Flexibility enormously increased. Agility greatly increased.]

Snake Nature
Rank- A
This passive technique comes from the study of snake nature. Snakes themselves move extremely quickly and strike with unbelievable accuracy. Through studying the snake nature and becoming one with their snake side the user receives a great increase to speed and agility although they receive a decrease to strength.

Orochimaru's Regeneration Replacement Technique
Rank: S
Requirements: Must Be A Saanin or Higher!
This unnamed technique allows Orochimaru to experience a near total rebirth of his physical form at the cost of a large amount of chakra. Should a significant portion of his body be damaged in battle, he can emerge from his mouth and cast off the skin of his former body. This new body will not bear the damage of the previous incarnation. Unless totally disintegrated, the user can regenerate from any flesh of them remaining.

This jutsu can also be used as a form of Kawarimi, allowing Orochimaru to avoid an attack by leaving his previous skin behind. This approach was used by Uchiha Sasuke after he absorbed Orochimaru. Sasuke emerged from the chest of his cast off body after being hit by Amaterasu.
(Does not require hand seals)
