REBECCA:: Current Location: Iceberg Lounge (( Nearby Hotel ))
Rebecca is a waitress for the Iceberg Lounge. She was working when Vandal Savage came in and caught her attention. After meeting with the Penguin, he invited her over to sit and talk with him, then finally leave with him after her shift. Vandal easily won her over, and took her to the lavish apartment he was currently staying in.

Unintentionally, she managed to win over Savage as well. What was intended to be another attempt at gaining a future dose of immortality, turned into Vandal revealing quite a bit about himself. When Rebecca did not run, but seemed interested instead, Vandal decided that he might be able to have an honest relationship with her. Promising her that if she did conceive, she would not be alone any longer.
The two then went about what they had originally intended to do that night...but the emotions were quite different than originally intended. As they finally went to bed, they made plans to leave for Ireland that weekend.

Vandal and Rebecca are still in bed in Vandal's current home. Rebecca had woken up and recalled what all had happened. Then she smiled and curled against Savage as she went back to sleep.

PENGUIN:: Current Location: Iceberg Lounge
Penguin hasn't left his Lounge at all since the merge began. He hasn't had to leave to be part of the action. Many heroes and villains alike have either walked into or crashed into his Lounge.
Starfire came in and applied for a job as one of his waitresses. With her looks and charm, she managed to win Oswald over enough that he hired her before reviewing her background check. Even after checking into her heroic background...Oswald decided to keep her. Even hiring her friend, Raven, as a waitress as well.
A slew of Lanterns crashed his Lounge. The first instance, they had been looking for Starfire. Fearing for her job, she begged them to leave. Oswald told her that he “knew” about her other “job”, and let her know that it was alright that she do what she needed.
Yuriko came into the Lounge looking for information on Joker, and several others that her employer the Kingpin was looking for. Penguin provided her with the information she needed, and gained a new customer.
Chris Brooks also came in needing his discreet services and connections. Again Oswald gained a new customer and allie.
Vandal Savage came to the Lounge looking for information on Terry-Batman and Sapphire Spider. Upon receiving the information, he asked for additional information on some of the names listed in Sapphire's files. Pleased that such a wealthy and powerful man such as Vandal was happy with information, food, service, and just about everything....Oswald gave him a discount and the hopes that he would return often for anything he needed.
Which....as it turned out....Vandal was quite interested in the waitresses. And as long as they were returned in the same condition they left in, Oswald didn't mind letting Vandal spend some time with his girls.
Currently, Oswald is keeping watch over Doctor Doom and some Lanterns who have recently come into his Lounge.
