i would have it something like this.
Name: OOparts Silent Man
Attribute: LIGHT
RANK: 4
Type: Rock
ATK: 0
DEF: 2500
Effect:
2 Level 4 "OOparts" monsters
Once per turn, during your opponants battle phase, you can detach one Xyz Material from this card; this card cannot be destroyed by battle and all monsters your opponant controls must attack this card. During the end of the turn this effect was used, inflict damage to your opponants life points equal to half the combined attack of all monsters that attacked this card this turn.
