Dr. Riscca Raskilin

The man lifted his head and laughed coughing as splitting pain shot through him. Blood particles spat out getting on Jake if he was standing in the range. "Ich werde zuerst vor dem Geben von Ihnen irgendetwas Sie sterben--" He bent over as far as he could which wasn't very far. his bending mainly consisted of his head lowering forward.

Riscca didn't like the tone Jake was giving her and her eyes narrowed at him. She glanced at the man blinking in wonder of what he was saying. The only word she managed to pick out of the language was sterben; die. She watched as the man spit blood and gave a disgusted look. Finishing up what she was doing Riscca moved the beaker and took another needle pulling back on the handle and drawing in a redish purple substance before moving back to the man. "Is it okay if I touch him?" she asked as she turned her gaze to Jake.

The man gave a gargled snarl as Riscca moved in with her needle. "Berühren Sie mich nicht, der Sie huren." He growled at her but she paid him no mind. Stabbing him she injected him with the substance. He screamed as it was going in. It almost sounded like he was burning alive or something. His entire body shook. Pulling it out she stepped back from him wincing slightly as he grew louder by the second before the strain was too much and he'd passed out. The only sign that he was still alive was the light raise and fall of his chest. "That should keep him a live long enough to get what we need if your advice doesn't him." she new a little bit that that sort of extraction could kill the man in the process and before it was even finished. The body wouldn't be able to handle the pressure which was why she mixed up a concoction that would help him survive it long enough to finish the process. The only good thing about him passing out was that she didn't have to listen to him most likely insult her in a different language or Jake for that matter.

She moved away giving Jake a glance as she headed back to her table dumping the needle into a bin. "I'm going to go rest up stairs. It'll be a while before that process is fully complete and he's not going to go anywhere any time soon. You are more than welcome to join me or stay here." It really didn't matter one way or another.

Dr. Riscca Raskilin

Riscca paused in thought before turning towards the male. She didn't see why not. "Sure, just don't make too much of a mess in the process." With a light yawn she headed up the stairs. Staying up all night was really starting to get to her. She felt tired all over. When she finally made it up the several stairs she started to curse them because she still had to climb more to get to her bedroom. Perhaps she would just crash on the couch? but that wasn't as comfortable as her bed.

So after a short debate inside her head she started to ascend up the stairs towards her bed. "Who ever invented stairs I'll raise them from their death bed and then kill them again." she muttered darkly as she finally reached the top of the stairs feeling like it took way too long.

Just as she took a step down the hallway she heard someone knocking at the door. "You've GOT to be kidding me?" she half snarled as she turned around and started back down the stairs. Unknown to her what waited on the other side didn't have any warm fuzzy feelings towards her.

Riscca opened the door to what appeared to be a holy man. "Yes," she asked in a questioning and confused tone. Why would one of the priest men be here?

"Ms. Dr. Raskilin?"

"The one and--" though before she could finish speaking something caught her eye and before she had much of a reaction it tore a whole in her chest. Lucky for her it missed her heart but still got her lung as she collasped onto the ground grasping at her chest.

The man hovered over her with his bible. "May the demons depart from you and your mad scientist ways!" He yelled thrusting the book at her as if he could save her from whatever demons he thought had a hold of her. She was furious as she laid there sufficating. "Jake..." she gasped hoping that he'd come and take this b*****d of the priest hood away from her. If that indeed was where he came from.

Riscca had passed out moments after she'd watched the man freeze then shatter into nothing. A satisfied smile creased her lips before her eyes closed. Jake had repaired her just in the nick of time. It would be a while before she would wake up.

The man below glanced over as he saw that Jake had left him. He hoped it was long enough. Now he started once more to struggle to get free. Something in his hand had snapped snapping his jaw closed he suffered in silence. It was worth it if he could get out of here alive. Slipping it free he began at the other side attempting to free himself before his captors got back.

A gun shot rang from above, or what he assumed was a gun shot. Not good. Not good at all. His workings moved faster to free himself.

Voices could be heard whispering outside before something tinked on the floor. Not seconds after it hit the floor a flash of light and a thick fog encapitating anyone's sight. Men had swarmed the outside of the house and were prepared to charge in killing all within the house. More bullets flew at Jake as they entered the house.

The man below stopped in his escape as he heard more and more gun fire from above. How many enemies did this woman have? He wondered to himself. Would it be safer to continue his escape or wait for someone to come. Death seemed to be at the end of each path that he was offered to go. But if he escaped perhaps there was a chance he could slip by everyone. It was his only hope as he continued to pull and break himself free. He felt like a rag doll trying to walk. He'd broken several bones but if he stayed he'd lose his life. A few broken bone were nothing compared to that.

"Irgendwo aber hier..." he gasped just allow the man to hold him like that. He knew his death was around the corner and he seemed to know accept that fate as he stared into Jake's eyes.

Riscca coughed lightly a moan slipped past her lips. She felt like she got ran over by a train. And not only that but spit upon. Wiping at the wetness on her face her hand came back red. Those eyes of hers wide as she remembered what happened. When she tried sitting up pain coursed through her entire body.
"Oh gawd.." It hurt just to move. "Jake?" she called out glancing at all the dead bodies around her before she spotted him in the far room with a man pinned to the wall.
