I think it wasn't so much Indonesia itself, as it was the extremists who bought tickets jut to be able to get to her. Of course, their religious idiocy ultimately helped GaGa to stay safe, as they were stupid enough to flaunt that they had managed to buy tickets and broadcast their intention for all to see.
It's sad, how people let religion program their lives like robots. I recently read about a little 4 year old girl who was left in tears after her school denied her from taking her class photos because she had a hairbow; the style technically did not break any dress code rules, and I honestly think it boiled down to some GaGa hater(s) in the faculty taking out their skewed views on the innocent little girl.

The hate seriously needs to stop. But unfortunately, it won't, because people are stupid, and they love to follow blindly without question.
