Venom (Time Zone: U.S. Pacific) has about eight years of RP experience having played many games and systems, with recent endeavors including: D&D 4e, as a player; Shadowrun, as a GM; FATE, as a GM; SDRP's Resurrection of the Cabal, as a GM (not terribly recent); SDRP's subforum RP 27, sequel to Resurrection of the Cabal, as a GM (27 is on hiatus); SOUL, ongoing and just started, as a GM; and about two dozen SDRP games over the years, most of which died before reaching any sort of satisfying conclusion, as a player. Venom is a third-year undergraduate Philosophy major and works as a copy editor for a newspaper. He will be teaching LIT 101, KIN 101, and a few upper level courses. Additionally, Venom uses GraphicsGale to create pixel art.

As mentioned, I do copy editing, so I'd be glad to help anyone out with their posts in terms of technical or stylistic issues (I can also help in other ways, but those are the ones where I'm likely to excel above all other crew, in my humble opinion). I'm also one of the Happy Fun Tutors.
My greatest enemy is the comma splice.
I'm also up for talking about whatever else you like; I'm a fan of strategy games (though, shockingly, not Starcraft II very much). I have a strong preference for turn-based things and deterministic systems. Favorites include Frozen Synapse (If you play it and the "Pandarsenic" tag looks familiar, I'm happy to tell you why) as well as X-COM, Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri, and... League of Legends (yes, really) in which I main Malzahar (Because damn it, nobody else does) though I haven't played League for a while because my Internet connection is awful where I presently am.
