Biography: Hiddan Bellias was a man who had entered the soul society as of recent.. He graduated top of his class simply due to the amazing power he had shown and intellegence. Shikai Abilities:
2 Post Cool down. 4 Post to attack then cool down.
A. If it hits any part of the body, ice formsaround that body part, making it unusable for 3 Posts
B. Thrusting the sword towards the sky, random ice shards begin to fall from the sky, that he can control with his hands, but only after shielthing his sword. If his sword comes out of the shielth, then that attack ends. If shards hit, has the effect of A.
C. Stabbing the sword into the ground, ice will form a barrier right infront of him, 7ft width, 7 ft height. If the ice is attacked, ice forms around it, to ensnare what hit it. Ice stays solid around it for 4 posts.
D. Pointing the sword towards the enemy, it unleashes a giant tidal wave of ice and water. Almost like yamamoto's fire, but instead is ice and water.
Weakness: Ice = Weak to Fire
Water Attacks= Weak to Extreme Heat, except for Attack D. Then it is weak to Lava and electric.

A. Able to use 20 Shards to send at one time.
B. Able to Manifest Ice Walls [Shikai Attack C] With just hands.
C. Able to fire ice shards and water from hand and mouth, if any of it hits, it makes the hit parts weight increase by x2. Once Hiddan reshielthes his sword into its sealed state, the effect ends.

Kidō
1. Sai (塞, Block)
Locks a target's arms in place behind their back.
4. Hainawa (這縄, Crawling Rope)
An energy rope entangles the target's arms.
8. Seki (斥, Repulsion)
Creates a round shield that seems to temporarily paralyze and repel whatever strikes it.
9. Geki (撃, Strike)
Engulfs the target in red light, completely paralyzing them.
9. Hōrin (崩輪, Disintegrating Circle)
Causes an orange hued tendril with spiraling yellow patterns to erupt from the users hand and attempt to trap a target. The Kidō is able to connect with another one of itself if both have captured a target and bind them together.

Creates a blast upon activation and is used like a ninja's smoke bomb.
30. Shitotsu Sansen (嘴突三閃, Beak-Thrust Tri-Flash)

Utsusemi (空蝉, Cicada, referencing their molting): It allows for a movement at great speed leaving an afterimage behind. The afterimage may even appear to have taken damage.

This technique is able to create at least 15 clones of oneself at once using Shunpo, similar in principle to Zommari Rureaux's Gemelos Sonído. While they are indistinguishable from the user's true self and mimic their movements, they do not seem to last long
