At a steady pace the truck moved against the tough grass as rocks were embellished in the tires, Yukari whistled a tune* quietly as she manuevered her way back to her house in the thick of the forest, where she had ultimate isolation and peace. Soon the truck came to an easy halt, and as Yukari opened the door and got out the keys disappeared from the ignition. Satisfied she mustered her strength to produce a small levitating loveseat from mid air and sent Hideki to lay on it via telekinetics. She smiled again as she led the loveseat into her home in the living room. With a snap of her fingers the truck disappeared too, as she entered the home herself with a sigh.

Hideki's shadow began to shift around, and change until it looked like it could have been Sora's shadow. Nothing seemed to have been happening to Hideki himself, nor did he seem to notice. "I didn't think he had so much despair that would enable our separation" Sora's voice seemed to echoed as a hand rises from the shadow.

Sora seemed to be dragging herself out from Hideki's shadow. It was as if she was pulling herself back into existence from the strength of will alone. The truth was that she stripped Hideki of any negative emotion to fuel her escape. She didn't expect to be able to get out so soon.

However one thing is clear.... Sora isn't human anymore...

Hideki noticed that the phantom Sora disappeared from his dream. When she disappeared he remembered despair. The feeling was there, but not as strong as before. Perhaps in knowing he wasn't alone anymore.

Yukari settled herself down in her small kitchen and transported a nice thick slice of white bread and used her magic to douse it with a delicious Nutella spread. She smiled at her work and began to chew her food quietly, waiting and hoping for when Hideki would wake up.

She honestly missed him, no doubt in that. It wasn't as if she could lift her own curses, and if she knew she would without no hesitation not kill him. She wondered how he thought of her now, if he respected her, feared or even loathed her for bringing him back from the dead, using his own granddaughter as a fission.

It was hours later but Hideki would eventually wake up. The creature that had come from his shadow was vanished by the time he was awake. He was still a little confused. He wasn't sure if he should be happy, sad, or angry. So many things happened at once its a little difficult to process it all. It felt as if everything he knew up to this point was a lie, and Sora had to pay the price.

When he thought about Sora despair had set in. She was an innocent girl who was dragged into unnecessary despair, and grief that never belonged to her in the first place. It was as if his negative emotion was thrust upon her, and she had to live with it without even knowing why.

In a way he felt as if he killed her so he could live again. Thinking about it that way it really did sound quite cruel. She didn't deserve this. So suddenly 'die' without knowing why. Perhaps it didn't matter since in the end the soul was the same to begin with.

What should he do? When would these conflicting emotions die down?

Yukari gave another dreamy sigh as her bread was devoured. She frowned, sad that the delicious item was consumed so hastily regardless of how minuscule her bites were, and the mean time she was actually wasting time eating these centimeter sized pieces. She rose from her seat and pated her bottom, her dress was pressed on her butt. Angrily she pulled the fabric from her butt and sighed in silence as she noticed the different pace of breathing coming from the other side of the love seat. Not wanting to scare him she left him to his peace as she retreated to her bedroom, putting on a selection of linen pajamas. She was finally glad to be in her own clothing, not some child's pink and yellow floral designs. Not that she didn't like them, it just wasn't her for the time being. She had forgotten how to felt to be a child though, and creating that girl was just the icing on the cake!

Hideki turned over to his side. It was pretty late so it probably wouldn't have been a bad idea to go back to sleep for the night. Something felt a little off. It was like whatever sucked out the negative emotion was suddenly gone. He closed his eyes, and was asleep soon.

The thing that looks like Sora went into Sora's dorm. She went to continue Sora's habit of making a cake before going to sleep. This time it was a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting. There were strawberries in it, but other than that it was pure chocolate.

The girl smiled when the cake was finished. It turned out perfectly. For once she wasn't being weighed down my Hideki's memories, or emotions. For now she is just Sora. Or at least on the outside. Who can be sure about the soul. But perhaps, that didn't matter. It didn't to Sora.

Sure the soul could be different, but the memory, and personality were the same. "I don't know what happened... but I'm glad it did" she spoke quietly before placing the delicious cake in a box, then went off for bed.

Sora woke up when the sun rose. A much earier time than she would have normally woken up. Strangely she was more wide awake than she would have been normally. Perhaps she didn't need as much sleep as she would have normally. Or because she didn't have to relive Hideki's memories for once.

When the sun rose Hideki was awake. He stretched out his arms a little bit before getting up. Any fatigue, or soreness he had before where all gone by now. It was nice to actually be able to more around normally.

She yawned heavily as she pulled herself from her bed, the loose satin pajamas hanging off her limbs. Even the sleeves were a bit too long, it was funny how she vowed to herself she would wear a different set- but never really managed to actually pursue that goal. She laughed at herself, as her feet trudged into the kitchen, seeing the peppered head on the couch- awake now made her smile. "Well good morning cutie-pie! Looks like you've woken up early, or did you want to surprise me?" She giggled lightly as she approached the pantry and heaved forward to grab a box of pancake mix.

Even if she was a wizard, she wanted to exercise her muscles at least once a day. Her arm length was parried however, with only an inch between her and that dastardly box of pancake mix. She bit her lower lip and tried to lunge a few more forward, but nearly fell over. Shaking her head she snapped her fingers and brought the pancake box to levitate towards her, a now seemingly ashamed box. Smiling in success she turned towards Hideki's direction and proudly stated, "I might as well surprise you! How do pancakes sound?"

Hideki couldn't help but to smile. With all the negative emotions cleared up he couldn't be help but to be happy. It was a relief to feel something other than despair. "That sounds nice" he said. He stood up, and stretched a bit. It wasn't hard to get used to his normal body again. The cut on his face had healed, and the scar was as it was normally.

He glanced out the window to the scenery. He couldn't help to feel as if he was still dreaming.

Sora left her dorm, living her life as if nothing had happened. But there was one difference. Unlike before she went back to wearing skirts with her school uniform. People took notice. They also noticed how her skin need lighter than normal. Nearly a porcine white.

She nodded and retreated towards the kitchen to prepare the breakfast.

Soon after a twenty minute delay she flopped a pancake onto a white china plate and sent it down towards Hideki, once again with Telekinetics. A syrup bottle soon came after along with a fork and whipped cream. Almost as if the whipped cream had a mind of its own it began to work, sending the white fluffy substance to rest easy on top of the pancake. The syrup saw it as no hesitation to join and spilled its gooey deliciousness onto the pancake just as perfect as the first. The fork, almost like a lance pulled to the pancake and almost like a sword in the stone, stood upright waiting for someone to pick it up.
