I like those mini fridges, also I've never met a silent fridge. Refrigerators are always quietly humming, I'm assuming it's a passive aggressive thing because we never take them out or something.
I just thought that to be the fault of whatever it is we've plugged into them, use that to keep them ready so it's good when we decide to go in. Nothing less enjoyable that a fridge that's ill-prepared for entry.
Though I agree on smaller fridges being nicer, plus you can pick up and carry them if you really need to.
