I've heard so many great things about it, the 3D feature, the rebooted LoZ games, so many good things! But may I ask one question?
Do the original Nintendo DS games work with the 3DS? I have a DSLite, so it doesn't really matter, but since there's so many cool features on there, I was planning on buying it for my next birthday as a sort of 'forever alone you- Happy Bday!' kind of thing. I have until October, but I'm sort of browsing on how awesome the thing is.
And if you'd like, you can discuss or talk about what you like about the 3DS.

To answer your questions yes the 3ds will be able to play your old dslite games smile but i cant guarantee that those games will be able to be played with the 3d feature
The 3DS is good but i would still prefer my old DSlite over it though as i am not a big fan of the 3d feautre but i will probably get it to play Dream Drop Distance when it is released here haha

Si there something /gasp SINISTER?! and as for wuppa wuppa no the 3d feature is not nessisary to play any game be it 3ds or original ds if you are on a original ds game 3d turns off by its self but when playing a 3d game there is a slide bar on the side of the top (3d) screen to adjust how powerful the 3d is just push it all the way down to disable the 3d function and everything will be 2d again biggrin
