So I found these awesome cards that have awesome swarming power called OkaThunder, OneThunder, and OtoThunder. Unlike most summon effects they allow you to normal summon them not Special! But I need help building the deck heres the super rough deck list:
Monsters:
OkaThunder x3
OneThunder x3
OtoThunder x3
Thunder Seahorse x3
Thunder King x3
Honest x1
Effect Veiler x3 <= Just thrown in there.
Card Car D x3 <= Thrown in for draw power
Spells:
Book of Moon x1
Heavy Storm x1
Dark Hole x1
Monster Reborn x1
MST x2
Pot of Duality x3
Pot of Avarice x1
Traps:
Compulsory Evacuation Device x1
Bottomless Trap Hole x2
D Prison x2
Mirror Force x1
Torrential Tribute x2
It's a really rough version but I would love some help! Also If you guys have some free time and wanna help me test it PM me! Thanks!

This looks really good actually.
The only things I'd change are:
Add an extra deck, utilizing level 5 or 9 synchros and rank 4 exceeds
Replace compulsory and torrential tribute with judgement of thunder or solemn warning (judgement would be REALLY good in your deck)
Dump cardcar D if you have duality AND avarice. Put in a few more spells to take advantage of the thunder type.

Any Synchro ideas? Just Catastor and Mist Wurm. For exceeds I'd recommend number 32, Disigma, Maestroke, and ouroboros. You can swarm multiple monsters with ease, so I think it'd be safe to use rank 4s that require 3 monsters.

Superonimalco How many rage quits are we talking here? Right now I'm up to six, I get out 4 monsters in one turn with a good hand and can for 2 rank 4s or go for a 3 rank 4 and people just leave. Also I need to edit the list.
