His mother is a witch, his father a meister. he attended school, and almost everyone was convinced he was a mute, because he never said a word. unless of course, he was messing with someone. he often started fights, and watched the result as people fought over what he had "slipped" to one of them. he enjoys watching conflict, and he likes to watch how people react in different situations. he often plays tricks on people using the magic he inherited from his mother. his magic isn't terribly strong, and he can't do more than play tricks and use it to aid his stealth. his father is the one who noticed his powers as a meister, and he enrolled him at the DWMA, mostly as an attempt to teach him to be nicer, after finding out what he was doing. Jackie wasn't exactly thrilled at the idea, but quickly likened to it, realizing his chance to carry out more experiments on people, without the worry of his father stepping in.
