History/ Bio: It is unclear when or were Ras'kar was born. In fact almost nothing is actually known about him. This is because of the nature of his position. Ras'kar Zenbon itself is not his real name, but a title that is passed down from one Kyuui to another. The term originally meant "the great sacrifice". It is called such as when one takes the position they give up their identity, all that made them who they are, in order to serve the Kingdom of Gaman. The Ras'kar is responsible for doing the morally questionable tasks that need to be done in order to keep the kingdom safe, tasks that most Gamans would consider contradictory of the whole concept of the Kyuui. This includes espionage, assassination, and using his power of disguise to infiltrate and manipulate the governments of other kingdoms. As such one who choose to take on the position of Ras'kar was considered a martyr for damning themselves to a villainous role.
However many years (likely due to the less than heroic status of the Ras'kar) the knowledge of the Ras'kar fell into obscurity, and was forgotten by the wide majority of the Gaman people. Now a days everyone (almost everyone) believes that Ras'kar is simply a warrior who has lived for a very, very long time. In truth the mantle of Ras'kar has been passed down over 10 times since monsters have first been introduced to the world. Each time the current Ras'kar chooses his successor, and then at an unknown point switches with them, either when on their death bed, or when they wish to retire and fade into obscurity. The switch is so seamless that not even those ranked high enough to know of the truth of the Ras'kar are able to tell when the successor has taken their master's place. When becoming the new Ras'kar the successor takes on two markings. First they willingly remove their entire left arm as a sign of their willingness to shed blood and make sacrifice of themselves for their kingdom. Then the old Ras'kar will tattoo the true name of each previous Ras'kar onto the successor's back allowing each individual to be remembered for their sacrifice. When the Master tattoo's his own name into his succesor's back he will know it is time to take on the position.
The current Ras'kar has been in the position for a little over 5 years now, after his master fell victim to a disease of the lungs which took his life soon after the position was passed on. Ras'kar is one of the most talented of the Ras'kar, which has actually caused a bit of trouble. Since the prior Ras'kar began to grow weaker and weaker due to his lungs, when the new Ras'kar took his spot the change in performance was quite noticeable. Some who knew his secret were able to guess that the switch had taken place, and the current Ras'kar considers this an embarrassment and a mark of shame to title he holds. Regardless he is fiercely loyal to Gaman and its royalty, though he has a harder time doing dirtier missions, due to his strong conscious.
