Wow what a night yesterday was, I saw Dream Theater play at the Puertorican Colisseum, it was frickin awesome! Since it was their anniverssary tour they played songs from all of their albums, wich was cool. I liked most of what they did but they're are something I must critisize. First of all the volume was unequal, the singer ( James Labrie) was so loud that I barely could catch what he was saying ( thanks to putting paper in my ears I managed), another thing the keyboard ( Jordan Rudess) was way too loud, apart from that the drummer needed to limit himself with the trowing of the sticks in the middle of the air, he missed catching em a couple of times ( not like it mattered he still played great). Even with all of these flaws they still rocked the house, Petrucci played espectacualr ( guitar) and Myung even did a tapping solo on the bass, it was crazy not to mention the keyboards perfomence, wich I must admit was insane, the singer did have his good moments and so did the drummer.
Pros: Seeing one of the best bands ever live
Cons: Bad EQ
Best moment: All of John Petrucci's, Jordan Rodess's and John Myung's solos...they kicked a**
in the end I give it an 8/10, just cause of the EQ and the funny drummer accidents...not to mention the t shirts were 30 bucks..damn ( I still bought one though, cuz its worth it!, seriusly go see them)

Personally I'm waiting for the next AC/DC tour. Should be coming up later this year or next year.

I was really happy, not to many big bands come here, only has beens and locals really. Except for the Roling stones but they waited like 40 years to come here lol
