What is this subforum for?
RP character threads: GMs can start threads here to keep all the characters in their RP in one tidy place.
Character profiles: post individual character threads to get feedback on them or use as examples to GMs. If you want feedback, please add CW for "critique wanted" to the title of the thread, and specify which character(s) you want help with.
Character ideas: post ideas for help in developing them.
Character journals: make a log of your character's exploits.
Providing feedback on others' characters: give polite critiques, suggestions, and comments on others' posts. Be liberal with this! We want to encourage discussion and growth.
Who can post here?
Any member can post characters here but please do limit it to one thread per character. You may put multiple characters in a single thread but please, do not make multiple threads about the same character. Any member may also provide feedback on others' posts just keep it civil and try to have something worthwhile to say.
Help Me~
Asking for help is the first step in getting it so if you want feedback on what you post be sure to ask for it somewhere in your post to let us know you're open to critique. Be prepared get blunt advice though, not every comment is going to be "this is the most awesome thing ever!" even if your work is advanced there's always room for improvement.
As for giving feedback, we encourage everyone to give critiques and have some handy Advice on Giving Advice which includes a list of helpful Writing Resources you can point people to for help.
