Personality ::
Positive Traits
- "Don't worry, won't no one find the goods where I've hidden them!" - Clever Brisbane is quick to think and act, which is really rather vital in his line of work. He spends a great deal of time ferrying drugs and other commodities between factions and his resourcefulness has aided him this far in his work. He is quick to dissect problems and come to a resolution and has been told on more than one occasion that he has a silver tongue. This is all well and good, unless he finds himself completely out of his element and he doesn't do well in tight spaces, as he, by nature, prefers the openness of the roads. When he finds himself trapped, with no escape route in sight, he finds it harder to focus on the situation at hand. - "Just in the nick of time!" - Punctual If there is anything a contractor could say positively about Brisbane, outside of his ability to get a job done, it would be about the timely manner in which said job is finished. In general, despite his shabby appearance and odd mannerisms, he is almost always on time. Er, at least where work is involved. When he's on the job, he is almost all business and damn it all, he is going to finish that job when he is set to and no later. When it concerns his own, personal life, however, he tends to be a bit more forgetful and uninterested. He might show up to appointments late, if he doesn't forget them all together!
Neutral Trait
- "Okay, so it's slightly used... It isn't that bad!" - Opportunistic Brisbane uses and recycles just about anything. He's not one to pass up the opportunity to get his hands on new or useful items and also has a habit of hoarding bits and baubles that could be used for weapon and cart repairs. He takes what's available on the road and makes use of every part of any critter he kills on his journeys. Wast not, want not. Because of this, he's gotten the stigma of being a hoarder, though he's certainly not as bad as some of the worst cases... Or so he would insist, anyways. His home in Diamonds is hardly used and is full of the baubles he's gathered during his travels. His bedroom is so filled, that he usually sleeps on the couch.
Negative Traits
- "Aw, shucks, ain't no thing. Ill gladly help you out! After all, you scratch my back, I'll scratch yours." - Manipulative Most anyone would probably describe Brisbane as being a helpful, if peculiar, young man. He smells funny and has a twitch, sometimes he trembles, but he almost always has a cheery smile and is quick to offer aids and services. However, he is two-faced without realizing it. In a way, subconsciously, he tends to manipulate situations in his own favor, often putting those around him in his debt. Usually, this doesn't concern him too terribly much, as he doesn't have ties to many people, but it bother him when he does do it to someone he cares about. - "C'mon, man, just one more hit." - Addictive Brisbane has an addictive personality. He's tried a few different concoctions, but he tries to stay clear of the more intense drugs, especially after they began to mess with his ability to aim with his bow. He was on the straight and narrow path for a couple of years... Or was, at least, until he began to have tremors, particularly in his hands. It was about this time that he began to take a drug called diazepam, which helped to ease the tremors enough for him to reclaim his excellent shot. Of course, it has side effects. Oh, and it's highly addictive. That, mixed with his already easily addicted personality made for a poor combination.
xxxxxLikes: Open roads, overcast weather, rainstorms, baubles, freshly brewed tea, emus, seared meat, archery, being on time, pelts, and starry nights. xxxxxDislikes: Blazing sun, running late, enclosed spaces, brussels sprouts, the cart getting stuck in the mud, paperwork, cooking, and withdrawal. xxxxxFavourite Food: Bacon xxxxxHobbies: While his skill varies, depending on how bad his tremors are and how drugged up he is to control them, Brisbane was and continues to be an excellent shot in archery. Some days are better than others, tremor wise, but that doesn't stop him from target practice wen not pressed for time on business. He was avid about archery as a child and continues to be well into his adult years. It's his favorite method of self defense and he takes a great deal of pride in his abilities. Brisbane also loves the thrill of the hunt. He makes good use of his archery skills when out in the wilderness and kills all his own food in the process. The pelts are harvested and tanned and nothing goes to waste. If he doesn't sell it or eat it, it goes to his dog. Crafting would be another one of Brisbane's more important hobbies. Archery and hunting keep him alive, but so does crafting, in a sense. He's a creative fellow and puts his creative juices to work in designing ways in which to hide his contraband loads, from designing hidden compartments in his wagon, to hollowing certain items, in which he will hide drugs and alcohol. xxxxxInterests: Brisbane is interested in emus. He's very fond of them, as he owns a few that pull his carts, after all. He's aware of basic care, but wants to start raising his own when he has the time and the means. He's very fond of his steeds and takes care to know all he needs to in order to keep them happy, content, and hard working. Also, nothing is quite as relaxing as fishing, though he often doesn't have time to do so. When a run is successful, he likes to take a day or two to himself, fishing and relaxing. He also fancies bug collecting. He's especially fond of spiders, but goes after all species equally. There are so many different ones! He likes to put them in jars or pin them to boards and admire all the interesting colours and patterns. xxxxxFaction Opinion: He... Doesn't really care. He likes that Diamonds is considered to be neutral, so he can do work for both Hearts and Spades without drawing too much attention to himself. xxxxxAspirations: He wants to have a simple life. The work he does draws in a good bit of payment (though one may never guess, given his shabbier appearance), but he really wants to earn enough to settle down and spend his days away from the public eye. Might be a while, seeing as he really does enjoy his work, though! xxxxxFears: Getting caught!
Employment:: xxxxxTitle: The Front Runner xxxxxJob: Brisbane is a weapons and drug runner, risking life and limb to transport illegal trade between factions. He enjoys his work and the element of danger and uncertainty that it provides his life. He disguises himself as a simple trader, usually concealing his contraband within food and pelts.
Appearance:: xxxxxHair: Scruffy and unkept! xxxxxEyes: TBA xxxxxSkin tone: TBA xxxxxPalette: Raichu colours! xD xxxxxClothing: Post-apocalyptic themed. xxxxxAdditional: Athletic, though smallish when compared to others. He's spry, quick on his feet, and somewhat grungy.

Hey hey heyo! TIME FOR CRITS
Is it wrong for me to like him being addicted to Valium? Rofl rofl You've got a lot going right for you here, so I want to talk the one thing that really sticks out to me real quick.
Manipulative – I know I am the first to say exceptions are a great thing to have, because variety is great and absolutes present a problem for roleplaying from time to time, but when it comes to negative traits, a little care needs to be taken so that the exceptions don't take away from the negativity. You soften the blow, so to speak, with the last sentence of this trait. It kind of makes the negativity of the trait seem less clear. This is definitely something you can start developing away from, but maybe you could consider making his manipulative nature an ingrained part of his personality, maybe he might not even realize he's trying to make everyone owe him favors, even his friends? Something to think on.
That's... really all I've got for now, you've got a pretty clear grasp on what you're doing xD;; We'll talk whenever you get a chance to edit things, okay?

Hello Aurriebby~!
So I definitely have to agree with Domi that you've got a very clear concept on where you want to go from here.
Now onto your quest~
I love the cohesiveness that you've come up with, and I find the virtues to contrast well with the flaws. So really there isn't much in the way of glaring problems (I got nothin' really), so the character is solid. I would like to see what would happen if he realized he was manipulating a friend, or even what would happen if some of his hoarded items were taken. Also, does the addiction drive a wedge between his friends and himself at all? If forced to, could he use his skills in archery and experience in hunting to take a life? These are only pieces of expansion though and their absence doesn't take away from the core of what you have here, and I believe it to be solid.
So with that in mind, I really will love to see how he develops later on. o Uo
