Biography: Issac started his career in the medical field in Germany, but after developing an eccentric personality and an incident involving a patient and his skeleton, Isaac was forced to leave the country and ended up in Arcadia in order to keep his medical profession. Assigned to Colonel Graham by the government after his medical discharge, Issac has also lended his medical knowledge to helping Graham with various crimes, along with his burns.
