-Nahumar- Nahumar's body from under the cloak seem to give off a weird black smoke that instantly vanishes in the light. "It is very nice to meet you, Miss Maemi. Is there anything else that would peak your interest in knowledge?" Nahumar slowly walked over to his shrine. Besides the bell, the rabbits and himself, a scroll hung from one of the post with the old tale of the emotionless human. Another scroll that was impossible to read for the natives of Gensokyo. And a weird wreath made of now wilted flowers hung at the top of the bell shrine if the Tengu took her time to investigate.

"Ah not as of now. Is it fine if I look around? I would like some pictures...." From her spot, it was easy to observe some of the bell it's surrounding enviorment, it would be nice to go up to it and examine it up close.
"I wouldn't want to out stay my invitation." Maemi commented looking at Nahumar. Not an invitation persay, she had just shown up at her whim, but it was recommend to stay polite no matter what. For now, she slipped the book into the pocket of her hakama, and held up the camera indicating she really would like some pictures rather than notes.

-Nahumar- Nahumar simply watched the Tengu do as she pleased for the moment. He was not fond of pictures as he would show up to be a black blot every time. So he sat back and started to repeat a poem only known by them. "O, Being of Light that jumps for joy. Confused if you are a Girl or a boy. The aura so warm and the voice so pure. It makes me wish that you could be heard. O, Maiden of Sorrow whom lives in a cave. The one who cries and cries every day. Why do you sob with such might? I wish to tell you that everything is alright. O, Beast of Fear and Fright. The one who feasts with such Delight. Please do not take my children from me. Just go away, and let us be. The Three of Emotions, you do your job so well. It is hard to say farewell. Of Joy, Sorrow, and Fear. I wish you three the best of luck in your years. Your legend may be forgotten, tossed and burned. But we humans outside will never learn. You three are what makes us Unique. Otherwise, our future would of been bleak." The poem to him only showed that humans are comprised of many things. Emotions give beings the personality they require to be who they are. From the ever so noisy Tengu to the strong but truthful Oni. His four tendrils exposed fully, they spanned like wing limbs as his 'children' gathered around to listen to the small poem from years ago. It was a wonderful sight. A picture perfect moment. But sadly, no picture could capture his image. "Are you sure you are fine with taking pictures of the shrine? I think the bell might be shy." He said, as if the bell was a living thing.

Maemi listened to the poem be recited, and nodded at the last part,"I would love to take a picture of it."
she fluttered up to the bell, giving a turn around it, before landing and saying,"Hello Mr.Bell, may I get a picture of you? I am a youkai, but may I?" Maemi knelt down to take a nice picture of the bell with the sun in the background.

-Nahumar- Nahumar may look like the deviate type and might be the kind of person to back stab you, but in his heart, he enjoyed his role. The very moment her shutter clicked, Nahumar secretly implanted one of his tendons into the earth to signal his little ones to rally back to the base of the shrine. They lined up in many rows and looked up at the Tengu. They each shed their false image, revealing the bug type creature they truly are and created a light show. Though it was light out, the purple hue of their glow was still visible. "I believe you should take one more picture for yourself. They are only camera shy if they are on duty." Nahumar suddenly was next to the bell as if looking down at the small ones.

Maemi looked as the insect-like things gathered to display the loght show. With a delighted smile, she turned to snap a perfect picture. "This is amazing!" The tengu smiled,"They are like... Crabs or... Beetles. They are cute too!"

-Nahumar- Nahumar nodded. The camera clicked as the creatures scattered once more into the forest. "My children can be cute to some. Is there anything else you require from me?" He then grinned at the Tengu. "Maybe you would love to see that nightmares are not always so sour. They can be sweet too." His voice a bit lustful. He was playing with her and wanted to see a reaction from the young one.

"They are cute," The Tengu smiled, kneeling to take a close up of a single little one. "Oh, no, I wouldn' want to bother you with more, Mr Nahumar-"
It took the swords tengu to get the gist of what he meant. She hid a blush behind her camera as she took a picture of the bell once more,"As I said, being allowed to take pictures is enough, Mr Nahumar."

-Nahumar- "Are you afraid of spending one night alone with me? Is it because I am Fear itself?" Nahumar looked down at his body and back to the Tengu. "But believe me. It's not so scary when-" Nahumar almost let loose a laugh at her reaction. "My word. I am truly sorry about that. I-i just couldn't resist making a tengu blush!. But it is true what Hanalli said. Tengu women who blush are ever so cute." Nahumar grinned. There were times that Nahumar could of fallen in love, but his real identity is his reason for always keeping himself at bay. That and...the other thing. "So, now that you got what you need...will you be leaving so soon? Why not relax and take a moment to clear your head. Sure this is not like the mountain, but i promise it feels more secluded than a cave."

"Ah I-its not that-" Maemi dropped the camera allowing it to hang at her neck. She brought up her hands at chest level. Once Nahumar revealed he was joking her blush intensified, and it got even worse once The youkai of fear saud tengu women blushing were cute.
"Yeah I think I need to catch my breath." She sighed. The tengu sat down with her legs criss-crossed,"So it's usually just you are here,Mr.Nahumar?"
Ha, her face was slowly going back to it's usual color.

-Nahumar- Nahumar slowed his laughing and soon fell silent as well. "Sometimes, a small rabbit comes around here and there. But for the most part, It is I. It seems like a lonely life, but after I realized what I am exactly and what my job is...It is for the best. Imagine if I was able to even step in the human village like Hanalli? My very presence would cause animals to hide with their tails between their legs. Children would cry without end. So the more secluded I am, the happier I am. There are times I do get lonely, but my so called sisters are always here when I need it." Nahumar's four tendons exposed themselves once more. It was the only thing he could not change from his real self. "After all, the only being I know to of survived my real image is a certain Youkai on the border. It was odd to meet someone who could just shrug off my form like it was nothing... Then again, her power is mysterious to even myself. Gap Manipulation..." Nahumar looked to the sky once more. He spotted a flying orb of light in the sky along with fairies following it. "Tell me this, Reporter. If your job was just as important as Mine or even the Hakurei Priestess, would you mainly keep to yourself as well? Isn't it much better to only be called for when you are needed? After all, you are protecting the people you care for. In my case, I am protecting my siblings from imbalance of emotions." Nahumar looked back down at the thick mess of trees. His eyes drifting from it's human look to a more pure white. Almost as if he had no pupils. But his smile was still there. "As long as you do not come here at night, you are welcome back anytime you wish." Nahumar opened his door to the Tengu without much care. Even now, he acts more human than the humans could ever be. Maybe it was because of his job or it was because he liked owning what he could and make the best of it. Whatever the case, he seemed less scary and more enjoyable to be around.

Maemi enjoy the silence, listening to Nahumar talk of how he too got lonely. It was perfectly understandable.
The four tendons startled the warrior a bit, but all she did was blink. The tengu was used to and trained for this kind of shocks or surprises. She may not be the best sword figther, but the psychological aspect of training she dealt with to the letter. She nodded, the gap youkai was mysterious that way.
"Mh...." The tengu thought of it a bit,"If it was for the best I would. I would hide away until called for. It would keep those I care for safe." She thought of Ochiba and Lumine, and then of her Family, who had never truly accepted her love for reporting.
Maemi wondered why she shouldn't come here at night, but decided not to ask. It was the youkai of fear she stood before. It was more than enough that he didn't scare the P blocks out of her.

-Nahumar- Nahumar sat up once more. His eyes trailing around as if noticing something. It felt like a Youkai or just another strange being. "Stay there." Nahumar exclaimed. Though the being approaching was not strong, he felt as if the thing could see through the barrier. It was not familiar to him. It seemed hostile... And it made him grin with sheer delight. His appendages appeared and became more like large needle like objects. Nahumar's children retreated back to the open area as Nahumar walked in the thick woods. The next thing that happened, a wail of a slain beast of wolf and tiger cried out. Nahumar would emerge later, his black claw like appendages covered in blood of the slain intruder. "He should of ran. He should of feared me...but his own fury blinded him from the terror before his eyes." To Nahumar, it made him smile when he kills a meaningless beast who rather fight with real weapons than cards. His smile showing with a glee of teeth so sharp they could crush rocks. "Miss reporter! How would you like to enjoy a nice slain wolfger or whatever the thing is called? I promise it was a clean kill." He spoke of pure jester, but the smile and the way he stood with his bloody 'claws' could turn a stomach or two for human eyes. The small creatures looked over at Nahumar, slowly making their way back in the forest. ((Yes. non danmaku fighting happened. Some creatures tend to settle things different if indeed they wish to be like this. One of my favorite parts of Youkai RP indeed.))

((I am sorry that took forever, I didn't know what to write up. I gave up and wrote what came to my mind crying ))
Maemi blinked and looked towards the growl. Before she could say anything, Nahumar had walked towards the noises. Suddenly the slight silence was replaced by the yelp.
The tengu couldn't hide the chill that went down her spine, and her shoulders tensing up. It was a frightful sight, she wouldn't lie. Trying to stay polite and unbashed, the reporter raised a hand and shook her hand,"A-ah, no-n-o Mr Nahumar-! I am fine really, Dinner at my... my .. my home is usually a family... thing. T-t-thank you, though!"

-Nahumar- Nahumar sighed. "Alright then. NO problem at all." Nahumar withdrew his claws like nothing happened. He walked back to the steps, looking up at the tengu. He sat back down and smiled. "You do not have to stay for long if you are scared. The way your hand shook meant you are not comfortable." it was his way of saying 'sorry for creeping you out' over his little incident that ended fast. What exactly was he? It could make someone wonder what his true image is.
