These are the positions for each organization...

x1 Organization leader
x5 Squad Captain
x10 Leutinents/x2 every Squad
x5 Soldiers/x1 every Squad
x Infinite amount of grunts every squad

Chain of command is like this....

O.L- BOSS
S.C- 2nd command
L- 3rd command
S-member
G- low rank member
