Hello fellow fans of Touhou i am in current need of assistance.I am currently working on a younger version of Meimu Hakurei you know like the pc 98 version of Reimu. But i am in a need of some help with her personality.
Due to the fact there is no Information on her background,The only thing i know is that her mother is Yukari, And thats it im pretty much stuck.

I need a idea of a personality one thats not evil like everyone tends to think she is.

If you can help i would be super pleased and will try to replay you all somehow.

Meimu Hakurei? By the way if Yukari is her mother wouldn't that make her a Yakumo?

You could make her differ her from Yukari and Reimu by having her not be lazy and actively pursue her goals. Taking some of Yukari's intellegence and Reimu's shintoism, you could make her a real omniyogi type and speak mysteriously about some pseudoscience ("I thought the shrine was purposely built in the northeast to intercept evil spirits attracted to demon gate, but purhaps it is this demon gate which allows the two worlds to bleed into one another and why this shrine and a preistess is needed at this location to maintain the neccessary ki flow to fuel the barrier").

If that is her picture, her lack of smile may suggest that she is not very sociable or perhaps a bit stoic. Her eyes seem to suggest that she is not cold hearted, though perhaps inquisitive or curious. You could probably make her sociably awkward or introverted if you want. Just for fun, you could make her unphased by the many weird happenings in Gensokyo (perhaps a by product of growing up in the Yakumo house hold) but find normal situations or prolonged periods of peace to be unnervingly unnatural for her.
