Silver Healers
Description
Those that have the bloodline are very capable healers through a unique Jutsu + Silver Blood formula, capable of bringing people back from the brink of death. They also have a bloodline only pact with summoning unicorns. All those born in the Getsuei Jisou Clan reach stage two of the bloodline but beyond that are difficult. A requirement of the clan is that one of their elements must be Suiton.
• Stage One - E rank |Moons Watch| At birth if the moon is shining down onto the child it will make a pack with the baby, encrusting a crescent moon symbol somewhere on their body. This pack is only so if the mother was from the clan, women of the clan are 90% likely to give birth to a girl.
• Stage Two - E rank |The Bleeding| When he or she reaches the age of 10 or any time beyond that, a Elder of the clan takes the child hand and cuts it. He tests the silver blood and depending on it's strength he changes the crescent moon to a bigger size thanks to painful branding, marking the level of healing power in the blood. He/she is now permitted to learn the clan's jutsus.
• Stage Three - D rank |I Am Unicorn| A special few will begin to grow a single horn in the center of their forehead, a sign of purity and good nature, those who obtain this are generally those who have 3/4 of the moon or more marked on their body though in rare cases the smallest of moon marks have grown the horns. Those who have the horn are capable of learning the jutsu that can revive, stop death, stop poison, and return to normal one they use the jutsu on. They are begin to rapidly regenerate their blood making jutsus faster to cast.
• Final Stage - C rank |Eyes of Moon| If they have obtained 3/4 moon or higher marking, a full unicorn horn and made the summoning pack with unicorns a person is capable of taking on the final stage, where they're eyes takes the color and appearance of the moon. This increases 1/4 the strength of their Suiton ninjutsus, permitting them sacred jutsus of the clan, and rapid regeneration while in the moon's presence at night.
Clan Techniques
•Tekika - D |The Bleeding|
The blood shed onto the wound is rather pointless, a set of jutsus that the clan only knows must be uttered to be effective. With a few simple drips of the person's blood and the jutsu being made, will burn on the wound and healing it up, leaving it tingling for a few seconds but otherwise like it was never injured. This spell works on scraps, scratches, tiny punctures from needles and the such.
•Getsuei Yabureme - B |The Bleeding|
This jutsu requires a bit more blood but has a special ability behind it. This one heals larger wounds and can cure most sicknesses from the body, when it isn't placed on a open wound or bruise it must be ingested. The blood takes about 10 minutes to cure of the sickness, it is about half a cup of blood so naturally the person who shed the blood is weaken a little at this stage afterward. The taste is surprisingly decent considering it is blood.
More impressive ability behind this is it can be sealed into a bottle and the jutsu placed on the container to be used later. The max amount of containers with the jutsu placed on them is 4 at a time, the chakra stays drained from the body until the containers are used. The blood cannot expire it's effectiveness unless unsealed for more than 30secs.
•Unicorn Summoning - B |I am unicorn|
A special summoning creature only pact to those of the clan, one can summoning Unicorns who has horns that create water and wind abilities. Their blood is the strongest healing properties known in existence but if they are killed it places a curse on the person, this curse would make their body reject healing from any source for 2 months. The clan members are allowed to bite/suck the blood from a unicorn capable of regenerating energy, healing wounds, banishing sickness/poison, and regrowing lost limbs the clan member can also allow other people to drink it's blood but one must have permission or the unicorn will attack. A unicorn is also a speedy creature like ordinary horses as well as strong.
Unlike other summonings, those who can summon a unicorn only makes a pack with a single one unless they reach the final stage. One most grow their unicorn's ability as though they were their child, making a motherly bond between summoner and creature.
•Hirogari Yabureme - B |I am Unicorn|
The blood spread and control begins to become more elemental like, Suiton similarity, cutting their arms someplace will make a mass of blood seep out of their arms looking syrup-like, using their fingers and dabbing into the blood they can control it and sling at allies after the needed handseals. The mass blood lost doesn't effect the user like it used to anymore, the horn releasing abilities to control their blood and regenerate it as well. It can heal most wounds and bruises on contact with the wound. The ability behind the blood lasts 30secs before the healing property leaves so people cannot steal the blood for later use.
•Yuusou Chishio- A |I am Unicorn|
This is a concentrated bring back from death jutsu that is forbidden to be used except if ordered by the elders from the clan, the Lord of the country or the Kage or someone the Kage gave permission to permit the jutsu to be used. It must be implemented within 12hrs of the person's death and the results are bringing life back into death, healing all mortal wounds ((Except decapitation)) regenerating missing limbs and/or chunks of the body removed. The user is weaken for 3 days after this ability, unable to leave bed.
The user pierces the heart of the deceased person with their horn then must feed that wound blood cut from the neck or the wrist. The hole left by the horn is magically fused and the combination of the blood permits the revival. This is one of the jutsus that does not need handseals to implement which means people can kill a person to get someone revived. If the person is revived without the clan member permitting them to use take the blood they are cursed, either reborn without memory and unable to regain it or blind or forever losing an element. Only the most powerful of being ((S rank or S rank equal)) revived without the permission of the clan member can come back without having something different about them, cheating death and the murder of a unicorn.
The user of this ability can survive from this, easier to survive if it is moderated by a group of people and medical attention is needed for the reviver after it is complete though it isn't as life threatening. The blood amount to fully heal the deceased is a lot, 2 liters worth, and they can't cheat by using another clan member's blood, it must be the same horn and that person's blood or else the body would reject and be unable to revive by any means. Once the blood is given to the heart wound it cannot stop and begin again another time, making the risks even more.
•Grand Unicorn Summoning - A |Eyes of the Moon|
Those who have reached this stage can summon the rainbow wings unicorn, a mystical beast of which is a massive size and amazing powers. In the moonlight it seems to have limitless chakra and uses moon like magical jutsu which includes heals, wind ninjutsu and water control, and strengthening the summoner. It knows the common C rank and below wind jutsus.
•Suiton's Calm - A |Eyes of the Moon|
With the moon now in their eyes they have water resistance, any source of water is capable of being rejected by the user like a force field surrounding them, this does not work on abilities that completely drown it's target and for those high speed suiton ninjutsu they are rejected but not necessarily incapable of hitting the person. If the person from this clan that has this is S ranked the speedy suiton jutsus are repelled as well making them nearly invincible against suiton jutsus except still those that massively drown the target. All their water abilities increase by 1/4.
These eyes can be taken and implanted into someone but it does not grant them abilities of the user except for this one and it is much less. The implanted user at S rank can only rejected B rank and lower, the water abilities is still increased by 1/4.
•Moon Aura - S |Eyes of the Moon|
While under the night's full moon shine their body is rapidly regenerated and blood regained. The healing powers of their blood are instant and Yuusou Chishio has no risk of killing themselves though still has the after effect of using that ability it is reduced to just a day in bed. This does not avoid death through combat, striking the heart properly or removing the head still kills as well as other means. This rapid regeneration puts a strain on the body and in the next day the user is dead tired.
•Unicorn Sacrifice - SS |Eyes of the Moon|
As the title suggests, this is a ending of the user and a massive area effect able to bring back an entire village. It can only be in effect when the grand unicorn is present and powering the user and the moon is out. It pours downs silver blood draining on it's user, on the area acting like growing miracle bringing life to people, animals and plants, it revives people one by one while the user continuously grows weaker and weaker until all those who have perished in the last 12hrs are walking yet again in the world of the living. The user lives for a few hours after, walking and talking and saying goodbyes but it cannot use abilities and cannot find a way to survive, the unicorn with wings leaves after the jutsu but returns one day to take the body to be re-birthed as a wild unicorn though that is believed myth. The blood that rained down becomes a river crossing the center of the town though eventually replaced by water it will always be a silver river.
This cannot be forced nor is it something that the someone besides the user has control over, it is something that the user can choose to do if they so wished it. The victims of this ability are not controllable, anyone under its area of effect are revived, including enemies though measures can be taken before the jutsu is begone to avoid reviving enemies.
Grand Unicorn Jutsus
•Love of the Moon - B |Moon Genjutsu|
This jutsu is initiated if the Grand Unicorn makes eye contact with a target for 10secs and the moon is shinning down. For the rest of the night the target goes to no ends to seek out the last opposite sex person ((Or same ^.~ )) he/she saw that he had even the slightest sexual attraction towards. This ability works instantly for anyone below B ranked where those B rank and above have a easier time ignoring the urge to go and love that person though they still have that urge to do so. Only one person can be under this jutsu a night, the Grand Unicorn picks whom it's target is and can remove the genjutsu if it pleases.
•Rainbow Wind - B |Moon & Wind Ninjutsu|
The Grand Unicorn wings are rainbow color, it can release this rainbow color particals into the wind in a Fuuton ninjutsu in the form of flapping it's wings. The gusts are three in succession at 20mph but the attack is actually the euphoria that inhaling the Fuuton infused rainbow particals produces. Unfortunately this ability is cast on whomever is in the way of the gusts and needs to breath plus the rainbow colors stay on the body and casts a little bit of the euphoria on that person and whomever he/she embraces. A chuunin or lower stricken by all three of the gusts is too overcome with happiness to really focus. Those above a Chuunin can be stricken by all three yet still focus though the effect of happiness still stays. This lasts 10mins and the Grand Unicorn can use this every 2 posts.
•Grands Suiton Calm - B |Water resistance|
For the Grand Unicorn while in the night and the moon is out, any source of water is capable of being rejected by the Grand Unicorn like a shield or pushed away allowing to part lakes, rivers, and seas. The Grand Unicorn can only reject waters and not turn them back to the casters using their own control. This ability does not work on jutsus ranked higher than B and those B ranked one that are speedy are still capable of hitting the target just not it's intended location.
•Grands Healing - B |Moon/Healing|
Much like the silver blood, the tears of a Grand Unicorn can heal people and is much less harmful to the Grand Unicorn compared to shedding its blood. This is healing and cannot be used to revive, unlike the blood it doesn't need to cover the entire wound and just needs to be cried onto the target, about 3 or 4 tears will be enough to start the jutsu ability in healing the body. It is only for wounds and cannot be used to regrow limbs or remove sickness.
•Grands Presence - A |Moon Ability|
While the Grand Unicorn is present it has a area enchantment on those of the clan increasing their already regenerative abilities and healing abilities lessening the amount of the blood it needs to heal people by half as well as replaces the blood fast. This does not cheat the Unicorn Sacrifice jutsu but can ease the Yuusou Chishio jutsu not leaving them so weak and in need of help in the end. The area enhancement is 20ft in any direction and cannot come in effect if the user started a jutsu before the unicorn was present, the unicorn must be there using its area effect before the blood is shed for the healing ability.

They can be travelers but most settle in Wave or Moon country.
Markings/Symbols
Clan members wear a moon patch on their clothing somewhere. As mentioned before, a marking of the moon in some shape is on their body as well. ((Pics to come.))

It is believed that in the past a pure woman traveling in the night under a full moon came onto a unicorn trapped or being attacked. Risking her own life and becoming mortally wounded she saved the beast without a second thought and either before her last breaths or shortly after death, the unicorn gave her some of it's blood to revive the woman and forever making her a part of unicorn. The woman would go on to grow members by giving the purest of women her blood and turning their blood into the silver color as well. After the first member's death the members grew by normal means. .
They were special and looked for in times of war to heal fallen enemies or kept close to important people as guards and medics. Occasionally a special being rose up from the group and became it's leader..then one day was known to have to end their life to save a mass of people. They are a respected group in all villages and even though they heal or revive enemies the purity behind it doesn't make them looked down upon.

Her body is capable of bursts of speed but like a cheetah the amount of time moving quickly is shorten due to skinniness. She can hold a longsword, a mace, an axe but great swords, sledgehammers, and double sided monster axes are too heavy for her. Eventually sleep needs to take her but the exhaustion of the awake activities comes slower to her than one would imagine. The curse of beauty has taken her yet her personality has shelter her from the common advantages and disadvantages beauty would deliver.

Description
Silver Healers are the bloodline that those of Getsuei Jisou are often times born into. They have sacrificial blood tribute healing abilities where their strongest will cause the person to sacrifice itself to bring back a mass of fallen people, they also have unique summoning contract to unicorns, a mystical beast. Silver Healers are trained in suiton abilities growing up, all those born into the bloodline have suiton as one of their elements, it is natural for them to become strong in this element.
Their are 4 stages for this bloodline where the first one is instant if the moon is shinning into the room at the time of birth, this does not grant any abilities at the time. From there through the next three stages one can learn healing abilities with their blood being a super healing property and a special jutsu known in the clan that activates this healing. Eventually one learns how to summon unicorns and if able they end with the 3rd or 4th bloodline stage as how far they can go, the 4th stage leaving them capable of learning a mass healing jutsu which would sacrifice themselves. The user summons between 5 and 10 mirrors scattered across the area. This ability can be used for both means of watching an area or reflecting something desired back to it's user.
• Summon: Curving Wall |Defense Summon| C Ranked|
The user summons a large curving wall 20 feet in length but about 9 feet and height made out of iron with a face similar to the one seen on the wall summon: Rashoumon. It is meant to stall more than block so the user can do another thing such as healing or escaping. It can pause fire and part water and acts like is a wall against most lightning attacks but stops for a few 10secs-30secs before crumbling. This wall can defend against C ranked attacks and stall damage from other ranks. This water clone differs from another because it can use the water it is made out of for the jutsu: Water Bullet |D| which massive water in it's mouth and launches it, one every 10secs for the energy needed to mass the speed to launch again for effectiveness. These clones are slow but if they move across water it will regain it's lost water and reform itself. Slicing attacks do not defeat this being and weapons that pass through it doesn't either, it's main weakness is elemental attacks.
•Stampede of Water- Rank B
Depending on how much chakra the she wants to use this ability can summon 3 unicorns made of water stampeding towards their targets. A jutsu that shoots forth a massive column shape of water from the palm of her hands before losing its form splashing down. Its length is about 10 feet and 5 feet in thickness. It is something that Soudai can form multiple times meant to crush opponents or at least push them back away from approaching her or other people.

Saving winds is a mass blown forward to blow away in coming attacks. If this defensive ability does harm it was not intended. It can blow away projectiles, disarm people carrying weapons, push people back who aren't prepared, and stall approaching people. Though it doesn't look like the air masses from her lungs it is something that can only be done once every 3 posts.

A rather..Self explaining ability yet somehow complex. The user is the center of this jutsu, spinning itself while blowing outward and gathering air at the same time to expel outward, creating a moving human tornado equal to a real one, elements could be added to this tornado leaving Soudai unharmed by it but adding another element to it, this other element is clung to the tornado and isn't something Soudai can add, she needs to focus on keeping the tornado stable. It lasts post and 1/2 and afterward well..There is intense dizziness as well as lost of breath, it is not uncommon that she would pass out afterward which means whatever purpose to use this jutsu most have been a good one.

This technique is a anti creature summoning seal that is difficult but can send the summoned creature back from which it came leaving it there for the duration of the battle. It is something that can only be done once in a battle so if they summon another creature this seal won't operate. It is done by needing to do handseals for 2 posts and if the enemy pulls the concentration away from Soudai it will explode on her injuring much, so naturally a group is needed to defend her. If succeeded in the handseals Soudai would simply need to touch the creature and warping it back to wherever it came from.

Soudai was born and was made a 'leader' of her clan when she was young due to her birthmark and foreseen power. Such pressure would naturally be heavy on someone but Soudai accepted the role easily, she is often seek out for blessings in the clan and has access to places most her age would not be able to such as village meetings and things with the kage. Often times she would be near the kage or hand him containers of healing liquid..which is her blood, just in case the need would come that he would need it. In the past for an unmarried kage they would be set up with someone from the clan due to their ability to revive from death. They did not force Soudai a relationship with the kage this time around but she so choices to be near him.
Her talents have grown in the clan bloodlines and ninjutsu that would block or repel so her or another of her clan can spend the time healing someone. She is destined to one day sacrifice herself to bring back a mass of fallen people, so it is written in her believed passed lives, and she has accepted that one day she will do something so giving, to bring back the entire village from its recent death would be a honor.

The Getsuei Jisou clan believes in a goddess moon spirit but also believe that the Tenmei Clan truly follow the will of this god and believe that the moon goddess is the wife of this god. Soudai believes in her moon spirit goddess as well as the rest of her clan, she is afterall the reincarnation of the goddess most beloved daughter, or so it is believed.
Personality
Soudai is quiet but speaks when it is needed. She has opinion on matters but only speaks them when her opinion is requested. She dislikes fights amongst friends and will change her personality to be loud and heard in order to stop the conflict, for she can only heal one of them if they both got gravely injured.
She is the head figure of her clan and religion so her voice needs to be heard though she doesn't run the politics behind what the clan does. The elders do not mind her progression towards becoming a more important person within the workings behind the clan.
