imo anyway.
For married people, the average couple has sex 2-3 times a week. The average married man masturbates 3-4 times a week. Soooo basically men need to get off daily.
So.. if men like, need sex/some kind of release like every day, why do some wives get so pissy when their husbands masturbate (with or without porn, although with porn is a bit better reason to get pissy, although it's a slightly different issue), when the wives don't want to have sex that often?

Because they aren't getting enough sex for their liking. Women are usually, but not always, the ones that don't want as much sex as men. I guess most of the guys that want sex every day, but whose wives only want it like twice a week, just take care of themselves the rest of the time. =P
I don't see why people who can have sex every day don't have sex at leaaaast once every day, but then, I always get told I'm a super horny female. stare

ikr, I agree with your "it's better than cheating" thing, however, lots of women don't understand that it's more of a need than a want for men, so "why can't they just keep it in their pants?" Some see it as a lack of self control, some see masturbation as cheating for who knows what reason, some religious people think it's never okay.
