I'm offering my services in photoshop to aid kind (and generous) folk like
yourselves because I'm fairly skilled at photoshop, though being self-taught I
do have a few disadvantages--heck, even without a tablet I'm disadvantaged.
I do not accept payment before the finished product... but you can tip me all you like wink
Character Signatures/Banners

Altering Pictures
Ever find that perfect picture for your character only to realize that the
character's eye colour is completely off? Well look no further! I can change
eye colour, hair colour, and basically any colour.
I can even take a dull-looking picture and make it stand out!
Gifs
I can make animations, but this is very limited and usually amounts to text. If
you are particularly ambitious and would like eyes to blink and such, it will
have to be negotiable, because I really need to see the picture before any real
editing can be done. Also, animating pokemon sprites is really easy for me.

And yes, I can make things sparkle.
Drawing
I can draw characters, but it will be a long and arduous process or traditional
drawing, picturization, drawing the lineart and than actually colouring it... and did
I mention I can only do busts? No? Well, I can only do busts.
Not particularly advisable to request, because I may never finish, and that's
just because I'm me; a horrible procrastinator with arduous tasks. If I had a
tablet it may make the process a whole lot smoother, but, sadly, I do not.

Signatures/Banners - 1k each generally
Altering - 500g+
Gifs - 5k+
Drawing - 10k+
All prices ARE negotiable, and I must say that I work dirt cheap. <3
