With a history of more than 100 years Isetan is the oldest and largest among Shinjuku's department stores. The Shinjuku store is Isetan's flagship and consists of ten floors, including a food department in the basement and a restaurant floor. Isetan is known for its mix of high-end and affordable fashions. The department store even stocks clothing for women (Clovertown) and men (Supermale) in slightly larger sizes for those not quite petite enough for the standard Japanese range. It has a good line of conservative clothing appropriate for working situations, as well as contemporary and fashionable styles, including designer clothes. It also has a great kimono section along with all the traditional accessories. It is famous among foreigners living in Tokyo.
