Go to the Dr and see what he/she says. Or a good way to lose wait is to go see a nutritionist, their very affective.

My doctor told me to lose 10 lbs, twenty pounds ago.

Tell ya what, I'll show you something that will help you but I need your imput on it first.
Ok?

Ok, what you need to do for me is track what you eat and drink for 3 days. That includes everything. Yus, just like health class in a way.
After those send me that list in a PM and I'll show you my tick. No, its not a full on diet.
After the 3 days eat like you have been but only drink water, or flavored water. At least a bottle a day if you can. (Yes it takes the body time to adjust to that much water so your going to have to uirn.) It'll help clean out the body.

Actually, I found the best method was not through a diet as strict as WW, but through your own will-power. Of course, that only works if it's really strong, like mine.

Strict? WW isn't strict at all... you can eat as much as you want of certain foods plus 35 bonus points a week,,, I hardly call that strict.
