I joined this guild because my trading pass has been disabled as of May 6.

Hello everyone! My trading pass was re-enabled as of today. It was first disabled on May 6, 2012.
This means I had my trading pass disabled for only 11 days. This case was dealt with rather quickly, and the staff was very friendly about it.
Dahlia replied to the ticket I sent about 4-8 days later, and on May 17 (today) I was able to get my pass back. Zero Omega sent me a PM notifying me that my pass was re-enabled, although a few items and some gold had to be removed from my inventory (Zodiacal, Fallen Wish, and 600k).
It seems that tainted items were in my account without my knowing.
Yes, I'm a bit upset that a few items were taken away, but I'm very grateful that I got my pass back in such a short amount of time!
Some suggestions I have for all of you:
- Send the ticket as soon as possible.
- Be patient! Believe it or not, after a few days I was accepting of my pass being disabled. Why? Because I tried being optimistic about it! Just think about how no one will be able to steal your items! If you know you did nothing wrong, you could continue making gold on a mule, and buy the items you want using your mule.
- When sending a ticket, be as nice as possible, and also be calm. This is very important.
I wish everyone here the best of luck in getting their trading passes back!
