Weight: Decent because she can hunt her own food. Not fat because she would not allow it, but there's at least an adequate bit of meat on her bones. Also muscle though it's mostly lean from pulling bows and running.
PERSONALITY Audrey is not ashamed, let me repeat that
not ashamed, of the fact that she is Touched. As far as she is concerned it's just a little thing that happened to her one day when she was younger and it's something that she has to live with...so you do too. Live with it. Now that doesn't mean she's going around flashing her abilities at everyone but Audrey refuses to hide her hair, to pretend like she's less than anyone else in or around her social class....well actually she refuses to pretend
anything. Audrey is genuine in almost everything she does or says no matter what it costs her.
There are rare occasions when she'll lie and that's because it's more prudent to lie than not to. For example if there is someone who can make life
very uncomfortable (more so than being Touched could ever manage), then she'll do a little dance, sing a little song, tell you whatever you want to hear so that she can get the hell away from you. This girl is not a fan of confrontation but she stands up for what she believes is right, even if nobody else agrees, and will generally only back down if forced up against a wall with no clear way out.
An idealist? Absolutely.
She dreams, and boy does she dream a
lot. A better world, what lies in the forest, hey she heard this great story and would it be neat if it were true? Very little about Audrey is rooted in the here and now and that predates her being Touched, for she was born with golden eyes. Not brown, gold. That was enough to have her superstitious neighbors keeping their children away, so the young hunter had no friends but that which her mind could create. In fact it's probably a
good thing she's too morally-centered to lie, because if she really put her mind to it, Audrey could perhaps make up stories so good you'd want them to be real! But really that's just another one of her many, many dreams.
Maybe
everyone should be Touched.
Proud, defiant, idealistic, morally-centered, with a need to share her thoughts and dreams with anyone who will listen. Not so bad a person, really. Right? Though she has all of these qualities and will throw herself in front of anything that she deems worthy of throwing herself in front of, there's an underlying insecurity that comes with being different, that she fights with every day. If you are able to uncover it, to use it against her, she will never ever forgive you. Audrey has not yet learned the parable that which does not bend will break, and it's to be seen if she ever will.
ABILITIES Being that she's a hunter Audrey is decent with a knife and skilled with a bow. Her actual talents lie in storytelling and though it's not a physical strength, her mental strength is rather fortified. Growing up an outcast only to become a total pariah, refusing all the while to hide it? You have to be pretty resilient with a good deal of self-esteem. That or you're pretty stupid. Nobody's really 100% sure.
HOBBIES Daydreaming. Going out of wherever it is she is staying between hunts is rare for Audrey because people stare, people scoot away, and depending on who wants to make it an issue, she might even get in a verbal altercation with someone along the way. No, Audrey prefers to lay in her bed and dream of a better world.
Mostly because it's warm there.
