The blue one was now left frustrated as the other still would not respond, and the human told her to leave him alone. This did not bode well. She finally got to see another of her kind, and it wouldn't even so much as speak. Why? Did it not like her? Was there something wrong?
However, as Kunai gave the next instructions, the Mewtwo looked visibly perplexed. "Physically... attack?" This said as if it was a foreign concept to her. All she had ever known was her psychic abilities, plus she'd never properly fought anything to begin with... with or without her psychic attacks. She had no physical attacks, thus she didn't even know how to proceed. She had never been trained.

Were the Elite a kinder person, she might have been willing to take a moment to explain what she meant. However, her beliefs were firm with this Mewtwo as they were with any other Rocket in the facility.
One gained experience through actual experience. For a brief moment, the girl took a poised "ready" stance before springing towards the larger creature.
The green Mewtwo closed his eyes the moment his owner had acted, his tail remaining low and ceasing to move. It might not have been spoken aloud, but he had a task to manage as well. He needed to oversee this "battle" and make certain the nameless one did not attack psychically out of panic. His priority was his owner's well being, though he could not help but feel pity for the test subject. His owner was quite familiar with the anatomy of a Mewtwo, and the girl did not know the meaning of restraint when it came to Pokemon.
Once in close, the girl used and open palm to thrust towards the blue Pokemon's belly. It was one of the least naturally protected portions of the Mewtwo's body. The chest area was far more difficult to cause injury towards since it had a sort of plating to it like natural armor. In a well practiced manner, the girl then jumped up surprisingly high so she was about the same level as the Pokemon's neck. Quickly, she swung the edge of her hand towards the space between the plating and the head, which was the side of the neck.
They were two quick strikes, but the test subject most likely had been able to read her movements before they had even been made.

The blue Mewtwo frowned and she easily dodged the first strike by quickly sliding to the side. However, the second blow was received by the Pokemon catching Kunai's wrist before it could make impact.
She stared long and hard the at humans. It was clearly displeased with what was going on.
"I don't like this," she told Kunai bluntly.
While at the same time, her mental faculties remained at work and she more forcefully tried to pry at P2's mind.
Why is this happening? Why is she doing this? Tell me!
Naturally she just had to read Kunai's thoughts to know the answer. But it wasn't good enough for her. She wanted to know her fellow Mewtwo's opinion.

The Elite had no ability to block out her thought processes or her motivations. She had been ordered by a superior to run through this test. The test was essential and necessary, exploring both positive and negative aspects of the Pokemon's abilities. Kunai might not have been the largest Elite on the base, but she frequently trained with her own Pokemon in such a one-on-one manner. She had experience with the Pokemon, Mewtwo, that others might not have had.
Though the Elite had heard the prompting from the Psychic type, she first attended to business. She had her hand snatched onto mid jump, which led to her body naturally wanting to fall back to the ground with gravity. Unfortunately, it didn't seem like she'd be able to do that quite yet, leaving the pink haired girl somewhat dangling in place from the Pokemon holding her up with one hand.
"Test subject has capable reaction time and a reasonable amount of strength." The Elite's tone was deadpan, no hint of terror in her words, nor even in her thoughts at the fact she had indeed been caught so readily. Remaining in the Pokemon's hold, Kunai spoke up to the blue Pokemon's quip about the test.
"These tests are meant to assess your abilities. They are not designed to be 'liked.'"
The green Mewtwo could easily sense that his owner had been captured physically, which was not an issue.
Yet.
However, something else had managed to derail his efforts. He felt the pressure of the test subject's psychic abilities trying to poke holes into his mind. His brow quivered slightly as he began to try to resist her efforts, his body starting to glow of a blue energy as he concentrated.
However a couple holes had already been poked, allowing a couple words to leak out to the other's mind.
............tool.............loathe...........

The blue Mewtwo continued to hold Kunai in midair, he brow furrowing as she managed to catch a couple snippets of P2's thoughts. The human's words went ignored, but there was a reaction to the other Mewtwo.
Loathe?
This was a feeling... that she had never really encountered before. Startled, she suddenly released Kunai from her grip, allowing the small woman to fall.
Instead of backing off though, she continued to push harder against P2's mental barrier. She wanted to know more. What... was this feeling? And why did it exist?

There was a faint squeak of her rubber soles of her boots hitting the ground. The test subject was not necessarily physically strong, but even holding someone up in such a manner by their wrist was bound to cause a bit of pain upon the stressed area. Rolling her wrist in a circle or two after straightening up in a tense manner, the Elite Agent was able to get a better look at the current situation.
Her own Pokemon was using Psychic.
In her mind, there were alarm bells ringing, but she managed to restrain herself from panicking. Instead, she physically distanced herself, bounding back several times. She did state aloud for the the recording device to take note "Test Subject is engaging Prototype2." Kunai might not have been a mind reader by any means, but she knew her tools well enough. Her Pokemon was struggling.
The green Mewtwo stood his ground, his energy seeming to grow brighter, the aura itself seeming to grow wider as the other seemed to force herself on his mind.
She was pushing harder, and he was pushing back harder to try to prevent more from flowing to her. Yet, those pinholes she had pricked before did not repair themselves still.
... hate.............. used me.............
Words were the only things flowing through his thoughts, and every so often a strange emotion of dislike seemed to escape through those little holes. Sometimes it was very focused upon his handler, but sometimes it was undirected dislike.
