Where do I send my complaints?
Well, depending on the nature of your complaint, you send it to either a moderator ( the crew members, vice captain or captain ) or just post it here.
What if someone's posting text is too small or too bright?
Firstly, we'd ask that you kindly speak to them about it, and mention that their text is too bright or too small. If they don't fix it, then we'd ask that you please fill out the form below and send it to a crew member. We will let you know when it is solved.
What if I'm having problems with another member?
If you're having problems with another member, whether it's an argument, an offensive comment, or an insulting remark, please fill out the form below and send it DIRECTLY to a crew member, and please provide proof or others who will vouch for you, or it will be ignored. We will notify you when the issue is resolved.
What if I'm having problems with a crew member?
If you're having problems with a crew member, or feel that something that they've done is unfair, please fill out the form below and send it to either a vice captain or the captain. Make sure to have as much proof as possible, because crew positions are not easy to get and they are trusted by us, so this will not be taken lightly.
