So, you won't be seeing me online for a bit. sweatdrop My ISP is s**t. Again. scream I feel like dial up was way faster loading. It took my kick-a** laptop (It's only 3 months old) 5 minutes to load gaia. 7 minutes to load facebook (but a lot of my friends posted so I can kinda understand it....)
So it was nice seeing you all.

Have you tried resetting your router and calling your Internet provider to find out what's going on? Maybe a server is under maintenance.

It's been like this for a month now. We reset the router everyday and we're constantly on the phone with the customer service reps. They don't know what's going on either. neutral

I know. And, I live in the middle of a major city, not some place where my neighbors are 30 minutes away. I shouldn't be fighting with the company and their inept service. Thank the gods that my mother is fierce when it comes to internet services. She needs to go online to connect to her work computer to do payroll. And that can't happen when it takes 5 minutes to load a single page. If the page is inactive for more then 4 minutes, it kicks her out of the system.

Well, then, this should be resolved quickly. It really is just poor service on the company's part. This should be a non-issue.

It might be time to threaten switching ISPs. You aren't paying for this quality of service and if they can't get back up to snuff you're going to have to go to another ISP.
