Akira walked into the classroom. No one was there. She sat down in a desk close to the far wall. She took out her History textbook and flipped to the chapter written on the board, and began reading.

Seeing that no one else was in the classroom, Akira picked up her books, slung her backpack over her shoulder, and left. She didn't have time to sit here and wait for people to arrive. She wrote the assignment down in her notebook and left. She headed for the School Yard.

Mrs Kakkura finally arrived after the meeting, head aching and tired as hell. She realized students were in the class since chairs were moved, but probably left for the next class as needed.
"Ugh...I need a new job" She sighed, rubbing his one eye.
