well i personally love USA the best because of a few reasons
1. He is hilarious
2.He fights for justice
3.He likes to save everyone
4.He doesn't let the past haunt him
5.I live there XD

I chose Prussia but if it wasn't APH, I would've chosen both Prussia and Scotland.

I personally prefer Germany, but I also enjoy Russia's presence. I usually base a lot of my Roleplaying characters off of Russia because I love his character as much as Germany.
Germany:
1. Much of his personality is like mine, which I find pretty funny.
2. He's serious. YAY SERIOUS PEOPLE.
3. Military interest? Got that same interest here, though I'm not a complete militaristic nitwit, so don't you ever categorize me with those simpletons...
4. Glasses make him look legitimately sexy~ <3
5. ACCENT.
6. He's forgiving of others.
7. What a sexy and evil laugh (in English) he has...
Russia:
1. I love his mysterious and dark atmosphere.
2. So cute when he gets his dark aura going~
3. ACCENT.
4. I'm a sucker for guys who wear scarves like it's no big deal.
5. Become one with Russia, da? The answer will always be yes with me.
6. His laugh is just plain adorable. Ufu~

I think it's hard to pick just one favourite, I have at least 4, because there are simply so many good, well rounded characters to choose from. Each one appeals to me in a different way.
My top four currently are England, Canada, Hungary and South Italy, all for different reasons.
