PokeMart
If you wish to make a purchase, please list what you bought and for how much and PM it to me. I will add it to your items list, and deduct the money. Common items such as Pokeballs, Potions, and Antidotes will be sold in all stores, while rarer items (like Ultra Balls, Hyper Potions and Full Restores) will most likely only be sold to trainers or coordinators with several achievements under their belts. It is also a safe bet that the major department store (located in Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove, Veilstone City and Shopping Mall Nine) will carry most if not all items, unless noted.
If something you wish to purchase isn't listed anywhere here, PM one of the mods and we will find a way to get you what you are looking for. You can also use CTRL+F to help browse the item sections.

If you are unsure of what you can buy at a store, prices, or if there is an item that you are looking for and it is not here feel free to PM either Mikallen, Airelesanya, or Mitsuko`.

TMs
For simplicity's sake I have changed the way TMs can be obtained. You no longer require a gym badge to purchase certain TMs, though having it may warrant a discount of sorts. Some TMs can also be obtained by defeating certain gym leaders or completing certain tasks, as in some of the game scenarios. Keep in mind that interesting and creative roleplaying may get you a TM as well. Also, remember that most regular PokeMarts will not have every single TM available (with the exception almost always being the major Department Stores located in Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove and Veilstone Cities as well as Shopping Mall Nine in Unova). Not all TMs will be readily available so your character may have to 'quest' for them. Happy hunting!
**With Unova came a batch of new TMs, so some TMs are listed twice (for example, TM01a and TM01b). Keep mind the 'b' version of that TM number will only be available for purchase in Unova!**
Also, unlike in the Black and White Versions, TMs are good only once and will break after one use, regardless of the region you are in.

HMs
Because of all the varying HM varieties from game version to game version, I'm simply going to remove the HM numbers, and from now on they'll simply be listed as HM Cut, HM Fly, etc. HMs are available in the specific cities in which the proper badge to use them must be obtained, as well as the Department Stores in the major cities of each region.
HM Cut -- $2000 Available in Rustboro, Azalea, Cerulean, Eterna, and Striaton City
HM Fly -- $4000 Available in Vermilion, Cianwood, Fortree, Veilstone, and Mistralton City.
HM Surf -- $4000 Available in Petalburg, Ecruteak, Fuchsia, Hearthome and Driftveil City
HM Strength -- $3500 Available in Lavaridge, Celadon, Goldenrod, Canalave and Castelia City.
HM Flash -- $2000 Available in Pewter, Violet, Dewford and Nacrene City.
HM Rock Smash -- $2000 Available in Mauville and Oreburgh City
HM Waterfall -- $3500 Available in Sootopolis, Blackthorn, Sunyshore and Opelucid City
HM Dive -- $3000 Available in Mossdeep City
HM Defog -- $2000 Available in Pastoria
HM Rock Climb -- $3500 Available in Snowpoint City
HM Whirlpool -- $2500 Available in Mahogany Town
All HMs available at the Celadon, Goldenrod, Lilycove, Veilstone Department Stores, as well as Shopping Mall Nine!!
