Personality: Mai is often considered to be cold, uncaring and merciless by others, and this statement is not untrue. For the most part Mai couldn't care less about most people, believing them to be stupid and selfish, especially in larger groups. She is a rather talented Pokemon trainer, and her primary goal in life is to make her Pokemon as strong as possible, especially after her recent defeat in Slateport City. Mai is a very confident young woman, and usually when she sets her sights on something, she will obtain it, no matter what the cost. She also has quite a temper, and it doesn't take much for her to lose, it either. Despite all this, Mai has a gentler side, though the only ones who have ever seen it are her Pokemon. She cares for each of them greatly, and though she'd never say it to his face, she detests the way Giovanni treats his.
History: Mai is the product of a several month long romantic fling between her mother and Lt Surge, long before he ever became overseer of the gym in Vermilion City. Surge had been severely wounded during a mission to Johto, and he probably would have died had Mai's mother not came upon him and treated his wounds. During his recovery the two became incredibly close and inevitably shared an intimate relationship that ended only when Surge had to return to Kanto, and it was only once he'd rekindled his relationship with his childhood sweetheart (Kasiya's mother) did he learn that he was soon to be a father. Despite this knowledge Surge chose to ignore it and instead went on with his life. If only he'd known just how vastly that choice would affect his future, he probably would have done things much, much differently. Mai's mother had always been sick and in the years before Mai's tenth birthday, her illness had finally caught up with her and claimed her life, but not before she sent her child off to find her father, where she could hopefully have a happier, better life. Unfortunately by this point, Surge was long gone from Viridian, where he'd previously been positioned, and there was nothing waiting for the impressionable young child; nothing except her future with Team Rocket. It didn't take long for Giovanni to discover who she was and how important she could be to the Rocket organization, and so, having a keen interest in the girl - though obviously for his own selfish reasons - the Rocket boss took her in, and raised her as if she were his own, spinning his own twisted web of lies and deception around the girl as she grew older. She learned to hate her father for abandoning her and her mother, and by the time she turned fifteen, her heart had already been shrouded in darkness and closed off. Within a few weeks of her meeting of Giovanni, she was inducted into the lowest level of the Rocket hierarchy. Mai had definitely inherited her father's talent for training Pokemon and she quickly became a rising star among the Rockets. She completed mission after mission, gaining much notoriety among her colleagues and soon she was both feared and respected by all who knew her, and presently she holds the position of second-in-command, taking orders only from Giovanni himself. Only recently has Mai's rock-solid persona been rattled, twice in fact. The first came when she discovered the existence of a sixteen year-old half-sister, and thus the realization that Giovanni's words had been true all these years - that her father had never wanted her and she was the reason he'd left her ailing mother behind. Mai quickly came to resent the girl for this, even though a part of her knew that it wasn't directly her sister's fault. The second time Mai's world was rattled was only recently, during the Rockets' assault on Slateport City when she was defeated easily in battle by Cynthia, the apparent current champion of the Sinnoh Pokemon League. Though no one knows it, Mai's confidence took a staggering hit and now the seed of uncertainty has been planted.

Personality: Tanker was Mai's very first Pokemon, though she quickly kicked the turtle Pokemon to the curb in favour of an Eevee given to her by Giovanni after the completion of her first mission. Despite this harsh treatment Tanker continued to be loyal to Mai and he worked very hard to earn her approval. Tanker is quite patient and is very good at keeping his emotions in check, making him a vital member of Mai's team.
Ability: Torrent - raises Water-type attacks by 50% when HP falls below 1/3rd.

Personality: Brash, brazen and extremely hot-headed, Kero lives for battle and has been known to incite fights with her own teammates for amusement. Mai acquired Kero during a mission in Johto in which she and several other Team Rocket operatives overtook a breeding center on the outskirts of Goldenrod City. Like Serenity, Kero was given to Mai as a reward for her outstanding work.

Personality: Unlike Mai's other Pokemon, Kvarr does seem to possess quite the mean streak and is happy to oblige his mistress whenever she calls upon him. Kvarr is quite selfish and tends to ignore his other teammates completely, striving to be the best of all Mai's Pokemon. Mai encountered Kvarr during one of her first visits to Hoenn, capturing him when she found out that he had been causing trouble for the people of Fallarbor Town.
Ability: Shed Skin - has a 1 in 3 chance of healing a status ailment every round.

Personality: Giggles, as named by Violet, his previous trainer, hasn't been a part of Mai's team for very long. Like many of her other Pokemon, Giggles was given to her as a gift by Giovanni for her loyalty to the organization. Giggles is a very determined Pokemon though he can be quite vicious if you don't approach him with caution. He seems to be adjusting well to his new position, however.

Personality: Leo is by far one of Team Rocket's most ruthless yet loyal members. He is very no-nonsense and strict with both his Pokemon and Rocket Grunts he commands, though he does have a soft spot in his heart for Mai Masaki, Giovanni's second in command.
History: Leo started out like most trainers do from his hometown of Azalea in the Johto region: he traveled to New Bark town where he received a Totodile from Professor Elm and he set out to start earning badges. However, unlike most children his age, young Leo had quite a mean streak in him and before he'd even reached Violet City, he'd stolen two Pokemon from other trainers (a Teddiursa and a Hoothoot) deciding then that Pokemon were nothing more than tools for gathering power, and that if a trainer wasn't using them properly, then they were free game. His theft of the Teddiursa caught the eye of the then director of Johto region Rocket operations and soon the boy was recruited to the organization and that was it. Now, Leo holds the title of Silver Squadron leader, a division of Team Rocket specialized in missions that require speed and stealth, and often infiltration, hence why Leo's division had been called upon especially for the mission in Slateport.

Personality: Cheerful, friendly and outgoing, Lisa tends to make friends wherever she goes. She loves to battle and treasures her Pokemon above everything else. Lisa is smart and outspoken, and she can be a bit blunt at times, though she is quick to apologize if it is clear that she's stepped over a line. Lisa is almost perky to a fault, rarely letting disappointment or loss get her down for more than a few moments, and she does what she can to help cheer up everyone else if they are feeling blue.
History: Born in Fuchsia City, Lisa's parents have spent the majority of their adult lives working at the Safari Zone as Pokemon doctors. Both trainers in their younger days, Jonathan and Casey Hale have done their best to teach their only daughter everything they can about caring for Pokemon. Every year on her birthday since turning ten, they have given Lisa a single Safari Ball and sent her into the Safari Zone so that she may meet and capture her first Pokemon partner. Each year, luck was not on Lisa's side as the Pokemon she encountered always ran away or broke free. On her seventeenth birthday, however, Lisa decided that she would capture the first Pokemon she saw, and fate was with her that day when she spied an adorable female Nidoran. The two locked eyes for a moment before they both seemed to understand, and with a well-aimed throw, Lisa and Nidoran became partners and friends. Since then, Lisa has acquired a diverse team of Pokemon and has earned many gym badges from her home Kanto region. Recently, Lisa opted for a change of scenery and traveled to the faraway Sinnoh region where she has currently won both a Coal and Forest Badge from the first two gyms.

Personality: Alyssa is a smart and kind little girl, and like most kids, has big dreams of becoming a famous Pokemon Trainer. She idolizes big names in the Pokemon world, but no one more so than Valerie, the gym leader from her hometown in the faraway Kalos region. Unfortunately, the one thing keeping Alyssa from heading out and going after her dreams is the fact that she is in fact, a rather timid and fainthearted girl. Alyssa is the type to panic and worry about everything, always fearing the worst and planning for the worst possible outcomes of situations. This doesn't mean that she's a pessimist; in fact, she's usually quite cheerful and optimistic, it's more that she likes to be prepared for pretty much everything. If there's something you need, it is more than likely that Alyssa has it squirreled away in her backpack and she never goes anywhere without her precious first-aid kit on hand.
History: Born in the quiet, semi-secluded Laverre City in distant Kalos to loving parents (her father: a renowned and now retired trainer; her mother: an incredibly intelligent, yet slightly neurotic doctor), Alyssa and her family moved to Accumula Town not long before her 9th birthday. Like most 9 year-olds, Alyssa waited patiently for her 10th birthday to arrive, as it would mean she'd finally be old enough to get her Trainer's license and head out into the world on her very own Pokemon adventure. However when the big day finally arrived, Alyssa's anxiety and fear of going off alone won out over her excitement and she put it off for another year. As her 11th birthday approached, her parents were able to convince her that she'd be just fine heading off on her own, and she would make the short trip to Nuvema Town where she would receive her first Pokemon from Professor Juniper. Again, months went by and Alyssa remained at home until finally she was contacted by Professor Juniper herself - she understood Alyssa's apprehension, particularly about making the journey, albeit how small, without a Pokemon to protect her along the way. The professor proposed a solution to Alyssa's problem - she would send an experienced trainer to escort her to Nuvema Town so that she could finally acquire her starter Pokemon and begin her Pokemon Journey. This would be how she was introduced to Miharu Winters, and after making the return trip to Nuvema and eventually selecting the energetic and excitable Tepig as her first Pokemon, Alyssa has become attached if not somewhat dependent on the older girl as they begin their travels together in the Unova region.

Personality: Mazarin, or Maz for short, is probably the lowest kind of person. He's rarely serious, takes everything as a joke, and is the worst kind of womanizer. He's very thick headed too, so when someone is yelling at him, he refuses to believe that he had done something wrong to warrant such behavior. One should take his decisions with a grain of salt because although he may seem very passionate about something one moment, it's very rare that he'll ever stick with it the next. Maz loves to play tricks, mostly harmless. He'll unroll toilet paper and write rude messages on the tube, then roll it back up just for the sake of a laugh. He's not one to lose his temper either. When it comes to tense situations, Maz is likely to be the calmest of them all and won't hesitate to throw a joke or two in. He's a good actor, too, since he's capable of hiding his true motives with his normal personality that everyone knows of.
History: A childhood friend of Kilik's. The two of them grew up together in Verdanturf Town. When he caught his Shuppet, he first had to teach it to be exactly like him. With that mission accomplished, he set out on his journey. However, he'd been overshadowed by Kilik's accomplishments, since everyone in Verdanturf seemed to talk about "Rocket Boy" more than him. So, he set out from home to find his old friend. After finding his buddy (who actually ended up not particularly caring for him in the slightest), he also met Rena. He fell for her, but was really just out to get some. A time went by and he separated himself from her after getting what he wanted. Mazarin was found by an underground affiliation known as T.E.A.M - Tactical Elite Acuity Mercenaries. As a member, it is his job to take down prime targets through Pokemon battles and arrest them. Normally hired by companies to take down rivals, T.E.A.M's current target as a whole is Giovanni. When companies hire him, Maz receives a massive pay for a mission well done. After finding 'Kyoka', who turned out to be none other than Kilik's friend Mike, his Charizard wings were burned to ashes and he felt as if he lost part of his soul. Broken hearted, he went to Fuschia City where he ran into Sasha. After attempting to get busy with her, all he got was a shock to his system. This made him realize that perhaps people don't like him as much as he thought they did. Yet this realization didn't last long, as he was back to his old self within seconds. Currently, Mazarin can boast fighting and holding his own against Giovanni's strongest trainers, evidenced by the Beach Incident in Slateport.

Personality: Much like Flareon is to Kilik, Banette is to Mazarin. He is blindly loyal to Mazarin, but sometimes can't help but feel that he is a complete and utter buffoon. Since his mouth is zipped up, Banette can't exactly communicate his feelings very well. He gets along well with Mazarin's other Pokemon, and is a bit of a troublemaker himself. He spent many hours training with Maz, learning how to become just as much a mischief causer as his trainer. He doesn't particularly fondle women as much as Maz does, though he has been used repeatedly to let his master 'score' with the ladies. He'd pop out of a wall, scare the girl, and Mazarin would 'scare' him away. Thankful that she had been rescued, nine times out of ten, the girl would do something really nice for his Master. After the girl left, Banette would get a treat.

Personality: Sharpedo hates everything. The only time he doesn't hate something is when he's eating it. As one of Mazarin's strongest Pokemon, he is heavily relied on to defeat stronger opponents. This shark will repeatedly attack over and over again without remorse, because he hates anything that isn't him or Mazarin. Even as a Carvanah, he seemed to be the roughest in his school of fish. Once Mazarin reeled him out of the water and caught him, he knew that he was destined for great things. Yet a lot of times, Sharpedo had been used to pretend to attack pretty girls in the water, and Mazarin would 'save' them. Happy that their lives were saved, they would sleep with Maz, then Sharpedo would get something nice from the store. Oh, he still hates everything. In case you were wondering.

He doesn't particularly like hauling Mazarin around every where, since the boy is so big and he is such a tiny little thing. He dreams of becoming as strong as he can be for Mazarin. After some incidents in the past on not only Slateport's Beach, but Vermilion and Olivine's beaches, he is no longer allowed there. Mazarin had, repeatedly, ordered his Murkrow to undo bikini tops with his beak so he could get a good look at the girls. THEN, when all was out for the world to see, Mazarin would pretend to rescue the girl. Grateful for his actions, the girl would, after a day or so, sleep with Maz. No one was ever the wiser that it had been all planned out. Like Bannete, Murkrow loves girls just as much as his Master does.

Their father, Lukas Naokumi, one of the richest men in Hoenn, and he tried to raise his daughters to be sociable and refined members of society. Their mother, Leah Naokumi, is a renowned Coordinator, and both she and her husband believe traditional Pokemon battles to be distasteful and barbaric. Naturally, Sheridan followed in her mother’s footsteps, but Sheena could not; she wanted nothing more than to escape her isolated life and go adventuring. Personality: Jensen's wicked nature and cruel personality made him a perfect candidate for the likes of Team Rocket, as he enjoys making and watching others suffer, humans and Pokemon alike. He is a quick thinker, and has been known to make use of his silver tongue to talk his way out of trouble. Jensen also has some fairly potent psychic abilities, including limited hypnosis, mind-reading and the ability to implant suggestions and images within the minds of his targets as well as some minor telekinetic ability to a lesser degree. Jensen considers himself to be superior to almost everyone around him, save for those who outrank him in Team Rocket, but on some level he sees everyone without psychic abilities as inferior.
History: Jensen was born and spent the most of his early childhood in Celadon City. Right from the time he could walk it was obvious that he was a troubled child, causing fights and getting into mischief whenever he could. The fact that the child had the gift of psychic powers didn't help any either, as Jensen considered himself to be above those who were different from him and thus above the law. This trend continued until he was about ten, when his parents decided to move one town over to Saffron City where they enrolled their son as an acolyte in the Saffron Gym, hoping that having a fresh start and a place to focus and train his psychic powers would help him to straighten up and become a respectable member of society. What occurred then was the exact opposite of what his parents wanted - Jensen's powers developed quickly and his superiority complex and only got worse, and he was eventually dismissed from the gym. Shortly after he turned fifteen, his parents were killed in a house fire that officials ruled to be 'suspicious', but Jensen was never convicted, let alone arrested. Upon hearing of these mysterious circumstances, the Team Rocket recruitment branch contacted the teen, though their promises of power and prestige weren't even needed to make the boy sign his life away. Since then, he has been a loyal member of the evil crime syndicate, having finally found his niche in society.

Personality: At a glance, Leroy, or Lee for short, appears to be your average 17 year-old Pokemon Trainer. He likes collecting badges and battling, and he's not actually half bad. He's generally easy to get along with and good natured, and he can be quite charming when he wants to be. Lee isn't a big fan of confrontation outside of Pokemon battles however, and he is actually somewhat of a coward, which is a little odd considering that he recently joined Team Rocket. He will exploit weaknesses and use his charm to try to get what he wants.
History: Lee was born and raised in Violet City in the Johto region by normal parents in a relatively normal household. Lee's parents were, and still are, rather wealthy, though its not something Lee tends to brag about. He has one sibling, a younger sister named Lara, that suffers from a severe illness which renders her unable to travel about. Lee adores his sister and is very protective of her, though growing up he was rather jealous of all the attention his ill sister received. At the age of 14 and having a keen interest in Pokemon, Lee ventured away from home with a single Pokeball in hand. He was able to capture his first Pokemon, a wily Spinarak, and from then on he began to study Pokemon at the Trainer's School. At the age of 16 he left to visit the Hoenn region, intending to collect badges from there, but it was more difficult than he realized. He's managed to collect the first three badges with ease but the fourth still eludes him. Lee was recruited by none other than Leo of Team Rocket a few days before the ill-fated Beach Party and even took part in the attack though he had fled once things started to turn ugly. Shortly thereafter he returned home to the Johto region and has started collecting badges, the majority of his duties as a member of Team Rocket forgotten, though he does use his uniform and position to try and intimidate others.

Personality: Ken is a very joyful and open guy who is sometimes hard to take seriously, but is actually a rather fierce competitor. But even in battle he's always smiling and is friendly to everyone he meets weather they return it or not.
History: The Breeman family lived next door to the Crenu family for as long as they could remember and were their closest friends. Kenneth, their son, grew up spending time at the Crenu's house and grew almost as close to them as he was to his own family, and when he was around six he was delighted to find out that he would have a new friend to play with courtesy of his second parents. And while the young Shiro may have enjoyed some of his baby years playing with him, Ken soon started to realize that as Shiro got older he was starting to take more to books than to his own friends, which at the time consisted only of himself and the little niece of Ecruteak's Nurse Joy. Never the less Kenneth continued to spend time and play with Shiro weather he liked it or not, until the tragic death of Mr. Crenu which tore him up almost as much as it did poor Shiro. He eventually recovered but the Crenu household never did and closed it's doors to even the Breeman's who had been their friends for so long. But even still Ken tried his best to break down the walls they put up and continued to be the Crenu's friend even if they didn't want it, and while Sharon eventually opened back up to the world Crenu continued to dislike Ken's company though he did at least tolerate it, which was enough of a win for Ken. The years continued to pass and Ken decided to leave home on his own journey at 15, bidding his family and two closest friends good bye, making Ayane promise to take care of Crenu and promising to meet up with the young blond boy once he left home as well. Since then he's traveled the world aspiring to become a top Coordinator and show off his pokemon in the most glamorous of ways.

History:Not much is known about the Masked Gentleman, where he grew up or who he really is. But rumor has it that he was once the son of a rich man somewhere in a European country. His mother was the most beautiful woman in all the land and his father was decent looking as well. It is said that his father was a foolish man involved with questionable people and business and one day he gambled far more than he could pay for. They lost all their riches and were cast into poverty, but the boy who would one day become the Masked Gentleman was far too spoiled and use to the life of luxury, he needed to be surrounded by beautiful things and so he left his home, donned the mask of thief and began his life anew as a jewel thief. Personality: Karen is weird, let's get that fact out in the open right now. Her profession is that of an inventor, and she enjoys cooking up an assortment of random gadgets and gizmos that vary in practicality and stability. As much as her inventions tend to go up in smoke, she is almost freakishly intelligent, the dozen or so items she has created being works of genius. Some of her more notable works include Mike's flame proof clothes and his incendiary gloves, as well as inventing the Lavaridge Gym's security system. She is very attached to her son Mike, his safety and happiness being her prime motivation to start as an inventor. Instead of buying him toys, Karen made things for Mike to play with. Granted not many of them were safe, such as the My First Flamethrower, but she meant well enough and always had band-aids on hand so things went without too much incident. She is well known and liked around the town of Lavaridge, the inherent quirkiness of the Kyoka family being one of the enjoyable aspects of the relatively normal and quiet life. She has no Pokemon of her own, having no time to capture any, but she happily looks after Mike's, and treats them with as much acceptance as if they were hers. She even tries to keep them active and involved by using them for assistance around the house or help with her inventions. She has a preference for Steel and Electric Pokemon.
History: Karen graduated college early near the head of her class. She married young, moving to Lavaridge to give birth to her son Mike, feeling the warm and quiet atmosphere would be ideal for a healthy young boy. The night of the Lilycove incident, her husband Robert disappeared after going to rescue Mike, leaving Karen to raise her son alone. Since that night she has been a recluse or sorts, never venturing out of Lavaridge. Her loneliness caused her son much frustration, as Karen would not like him leave for his Pokemon journey for almost two years after she gave him Nitro as a gift. The reason for her reluctance to let her son leave was that she wanted to learn about Pokemon herself in hopes to help Mike whenever possible, even offering to hold onto the Pokemon he captured for safekeeping. Two years and much research and inventions later, she was able to let her son go, holding back tears of joy as he left for Kanto to begin his Pokemon adventure.

Unknown to Sasha's parents, Bishop would allow the young Sasha to stay up and watch Pokemon tournaments on television. Though Sasha can be at times almost too much to handle, Bishop tries his best to balance a proper upbringing while letting her be true to herself.
History: Bishop has been the Beauchamp family butler for far longer than Sasha has been around. Not much is known about the butler's past, other than at one point he was a Pokemon trainer of modest strength, but he retired years ago. What actions led him into service to the family is also unknown, and any time Sasha asks him either he or his father deflects the question, much to the girl's annoyance.

Personality: Bayard has been with Bishop since the very beginning of his youthful Pokemon journey, and is the only Pokemon of his team that remains. His decades of service have made him a very experienced battler, and his loyalty to his trainer is unquestionable. Due to Bishop's retirement, the Alakazam has not seen battle for many years, but has no problems remaining by his trainer's side and keeping him company when it is desired.
Ability: Synchronize - If Alakazam becomes burned, paralyzed or poisoned, the same status afflicts the attacker, if possible.
Item Held: Wise Glasses: On top of making him look extra refined, the bespectacled Pokemon gains a slight boost to Special attacks.

Friends/Allies: His mysterious Illuminati-type group, Cynthia, Robin and her gang.
Home Town: Celestic Town, Sinnoh (in reality, a small farm on the outskirts)
Personality: Ampersand is fairly easy going, he has the simple philosophy of don't worry about it everything will get done in time. He is very easy to get along with, he doesn't really like to cause conflict to much of a hassle for him. Ampersand does pretty much whatever he wants to do whenever he wants to, then again he doesn't have many people telling him no and he doesn't really do anything to crazy. despite being somewhat lazy if there is work to be done he sets to it with a sort of single minded determination. If something gets in his way then he simple must go through that no matter the cost.
History: Growing up was somewhat difficult for Ampersand. Seeing that he lived on a farm but couldn't exactly help out on most if not all of the work. You see Ampersand was born with the special ability to nullify a Pokemon's power putting it to sleep whenever he is near it. It also made things like electricity out there difficult for them since Pokemon powered most electric appliances back then. Despite all this Ampersand did his best to help out and his parents did there best to keep his ability a secret. At the age of 16 Ampersand's ability was discovered by a secret organization that thought that his unique ability would be very useful to them. They were right to, after a lot of work and a lot of training in defending himself the human way they started sending their little agent on missions. He completed the hardest of them with ease, after all when you didn't have to worry about a Machamp bodyguard pounding out into the ground it made things much easier. Anyway he has spent most of his time as the errand boy to the group of 13 and he doesn't seem to mind it all that much. Of course it helps that he has no desire to become one of those in power and is happy with his current status. Lately he made a huge discovery, for him anyway, the first Pokemon who hasn't been effected by his aura an Aipom believe it or not. So deciding to get to the bottom of this he has taken to following the crazy Pokemon and his trainer around for now.

JADEN HARDING

Character Name: Jaden Harding
Character Age: 19
Friends/Allies: Riza (his younger sister)
Home Town: Blackthorn City, Johto
Personality: Jaden is a lot like his baby sister. He usually keeps to himself and is fairly quiet but he is known for being friendlier and more sociable than Riza. Also because he's been out on his own for quite a while now he is quite confident in himself. He is also quite protective of his sister yet at the same time he tries to push her so that she will do things on her own instead of relying on him for help and support. Unlike his sister, however, Jaden isn't spoiled or selfish and he is quite eager to help others. He will always be there for Riza when she needs him, though, and he hopes that Riza will become a stronger, better person as she travels around on her own journey.
History: Jaden was also born and raised in Blackthorn City and like many of the townsfolk he quickly gained an appreciation for dragon-type Pokemon. Before leaving home on his Pokemon journey Jaden spent time studying under the town's gym leader, Clair, and he even managed to meet Lance the Dragon Tamer once as well. Like many of the trainers leaving home from Blackthorn Jaden got his starting Pokemon, a Dratini, from the Dragon's Den, and then he headed all the way to Violet City to challenge Falkner. Jaden has won several gym badges from both the Johto and Kanto regions though he is quite modest about his achievements and never boasts about them. Recently Jaden delivered a Dratini to Riza under the orders of Clair as it was the starting Pokemon intended for her, but unfortunately Riza had already run away before she could be given her Dratini.

Personality: Pidgeot was the first Pokemon Jaden caught, and though Riza teased him about catching such a common Pokemon, Jaden raised him carefully. His efforts paid off when his Pidgeot finally reached its final stage and it is one of Jaden's most trusted Pokemon.

Personality: Jaden caught Slowbro when he was just a little Slowpoke living in the well in Azalea Town. He also likes to play jokes on his teammates though they are often not appreciated.
