Starting with New Super Mario Bros 2 in August, Nintendo will be going digital with their new releases. It will simultaneously be released in traditional cartridge form and eshop. It sounds like its still "some" and not all games, so I'm assuming the bigger games. What do you think of this?

I'm fine with it, I'll stick to cartridges unless its a lot cheaper, but this gives more access to people who don't care or don't have a game store nearby.

Oo, this is the first of I've of this! I personally like to stick with hard copies of games, especially helpful if you decide to sell or trade-in the game at a later date (or just collect them together like me) ^^ But there shouldn't be any harm as long as both forms will still exist~

I'm sticking with the hard copies of the games. Digitally downloading full length games sound great, but I live relatively near a Game Stop. Plus, the downloaded versions of games probably take up a LOT of space on the SD card.
I'll probably end up downloading a retail game from the eShop eventually though. Like when I just don't have time to go up to Game Stop I can just download it. ^^
