Vanya was in her cage nursing some burns that she had received when she had been pulled out into the sun for people to see. The slave market people keep on forgetting that she was a vampire not a human though she looked like a human minus her skin color which was almost pale white. She looked at her arms and her legs and winced because they hurt so much. She had found some shade to keep the sun from touching her but it was so hard that she was afraid that she was going to die. Lucky for her it would soon be dark. She was lucky that non of the men that had come to see her were interested in sex slaves. She was still a virgin and would rather keep it that way.

Vanya was starting to get thirsty as soon as a guard came to her cage and opened the door. She grabbed him and bit into his neck. She did not drain him completely. She pushed him outside her cage. When another guard saw this he went to go get some of his men. The came back and and started to beat her. When they were done they left her there. She had more burns than before and her face was bloody and bruised and she could not see because her eyes had swollen shut.

 Eurynome stepped infront of the young vampires cage and kneeled down eye level to the girl. As he stayed infront of the cage the shadows grow covering the cage and the area around them. Eurynome eyes glowed and could be seen from the darkness under his hood. "You dont look to good." He said to the girl as he looked over her face.

"Who's there." Vanya sat up quickly but could not see. She had heard something or someone talking to her and it scared her a little bit.

"My names Eurynome." He said as he reached into the cage grabing the girl by the head. "Stay still." Eurynome told the girl then used sharp nails to cut the swollon area around her eyes to lanse them so she would be able to see again. "Better?" He asked as he removed his hand.

Vanya nodded but did not say anything. She looked down like all slaves did. If he was her new potential master she must not look up at him. A man came over. "Are you interested in buying the young vampire. I do warn you though that she is a virgin. We have other vampires that are not. There are rumors to say that she is only half vampire." The man looked at Eurynome and waited for an answer.

Eurynome stood up straight and looked at the man tell her was done talking. "None of witch bother me." He said then looked back down at the youg girl. "I will take her." He said while pulling a wallet out of his back poket and then pulled out hlf of the money that was in it. "This should be sufficient amount."

The man nodded and took the money. He opened Vanya's cage and got her leash. He attached it to her collar and brought her out. He gave the Eurynome Vanya's leash.

Eurynome took a hold of the leash and watched as the man walked away. "Here use this untell we get back to my car." He told her while removing his coat. Now his scar was almost fully visible. He draped his coat over the girl and started to lead her out side to the car.

Vanya continued to look down as he her to his car. She was a slave she not use to being treated nicely not even by her own kind. Her own kind was cruel and mean to her. She was out casted by the royals of her kind and told if she was ever seen again she would be killed.

Eurynome opend the car door and gave Vanya a slight push putting her into the car realy fast. She shut the door then walked around and got in the driver seat. The windows were blacked out letting little light. Eurynome sighed as he cranked the car and pulled out heading out of town.
