i keep comeing across takara tomy minicons and i dont know if these transformers are official? as in will they be in stores?

They are part of a Japan-only line called Arms Micron. They take Prime toys, glue sections to them that have Minicon points, and package them with one of these Minicons.
The interesting part is, in an attempt to appeal to the demographic of Japanese children that has been into this sort of thing lately, all paint apps on these figures are instead stickers, and the Minicons come disassembled still on the sprues. This has led entitled American collectors to accuse them of "cheaping out", when really it's just a case of a Japanese company trying to market to Japanese kids, go figure.

oh so there like gundan modal kits kind of, i dig it. but are they by hasbro? is there a chance they will come to the states or am i going tto have to import them?

As far as I know you'll need to import, which is a shame because some of these little guys rock, but thankfully I believe they are being sold separately as well.

they are the coolist minis yet i love that there weapons and tools, and the pegs being on them not the bots is a sweet touch.
thats was my main beef with the others.
