All characters, Human and Touched alike, go in this subforum. However, we kindly request that you put [HUMAN] in your subject line for the former, and [TOUCHED] for the latter, so people can easily browse through characters.
The only other request we have is that you include your application form [and art, if you have it] somewhere in your profile, so that people can get a feel for your character. Other than that, you can format however you like, include whatever information you'd like, in any order you'd like.
