I assume "Blood Magic" is using one's own blood for rituals, so.... that... makes no sense, even for superhero physics. If he's not using his own blood, then I assume that he can't use his powers. So if he doesn't need to bleed, then how is he doing what he's doing?

Furthermore, what exactly can he do with this Blood Magic? What are the limitations on what it can and can't do? Who can he affect or not affect with his power? When did he first learn that he had it, who trained him, and why did they train him? Matter of fact... what is the "best way of the blood art" to begin with?

Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm assuming you got the idea for this character from an anime or something; please try and give explanations for what he is capable of doing if so, since people will not automatically know what he's doing.

This character's story is... simplistic and seems a little rushed. I suggest overhauling the bio and powers; make them more detailed. The powers are what really need explanation, though, since you can just elaborate on his bio within the RP if you so choose and add it in later as it's revealed; that's what I've done a few times with my OCs.
