A run-down motel under 40$ dollars a night. Pets allowed.
Heater works, hot water, coffee maker with no coffee, towels are clean, but don't match. Some rooms are pretty clean, some not so much, some are down-right filthy. It's really luck of the draw which one you get. Ice maker is broken, so they are making ice in cube trays and you are limited to one very small bag per day. Knobs missing off AC unit, some lights are burned out. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee maker in each room, but no coffee or filters. It's not in the nicest part of town, there's a couple of bars and strip joints east of here while the city's about 20 miles north. Shady activities aren't an uncommon occurrence. Runaways are known for coming here sometimes, it;s the kind of place you stay in when the only other option is your car(and even then, some people pick the car) Surprisingly it does get some business, mostly because of the price and the lack of competition around.
The place is managed by Sal.

Staff is made up of Gabriel, who sweeps and does room service

and Saida and Eliot who handle the cleaning.
