Rin had told Koto that she did not mind that he wished her by his side. She found his presence comforting and peaceful, and she enjoyed his company. He moved away, asking to forgive her, and she floated closer. "It is alright. You are not out of place." She smiled. "Please, spend your evening with me, as you desired earlier." She wanted to get to know him better. She had stayed with Koto throughout the night. She did not need sleep as a spirit, and she was concerned that he was not getting any rest. Soldiers contacted him, and she bid him farewell when he left to deal with whatever he needed to. After a while and he had not returned, she went looking for him, and found him and the group ready to depart.
She then watched as Kirara returned, her human body draped over the nekomata's back. She looked like a corpse. "Why are we taking my body to the Shadow Realm?" She asked. "Will it not be vulnerable to attack?" Her soul was not inside it to flee attack. Koto entered the portal without answering her, and Kirara followed. Not wanting to be away from her body, she quickly floated after them.
