Background: Kya grew up as a normal kid in Death City. She loved the idea of being a weapon and working with a partner to banish evil and protect balance. She trained hard as she grew up and was ecstatic when she found out one her dreams came true and she actually was a weapon.

Pulse Galaxy - A tracking technique. How it works is fairly simple. Once Kya has a target she can focus on it to a point where it has a marker that she can sense and follow. She can sense it clearly for up to 200 yards and faintly for up to 300.
