Motarasu Suna; Stage 3
Description
• Sabaku Suna- E: The first stage of the Sabaku Oozei clan's kekkei genkai. All members are born into this stage. At this stage they have the ability to blend their chakra with sand once they start to learn chakra control. They are also born with a symbol in the middle of their upper back.
• Sunabokori - D: The second stage which hits at the age of ten. Despite the level of chakra control, every member enters this stage on the day of their tenth birthday. Once they reach this stage they will be consumed with a massive influx of chakra and for a time they are unable to control it, causing a devastating loss of control as they gain the ability to move the sand with their chakra. As a result the day before their birthday a celebration is held where they get supplies to survive at least two days alone in the desert. Two days is the typical amount of time that this out of control chakra lasts. Upon their return to the village the symbol that they were born with on their back will be larger.
• Suna Tatsumaki - C: the third stage, which hits once a person has near perfect chakra control. This could happen at the same time that the second stage sets in, or later in life when the person has trained more. At this time, they are able to turn the sand into more solid forms, turning it into shields or weapons to be used as needed. They also have the option, when able to demonstrate their control, to create something to carry sand with them at all times; there is not sand all over the place.
• Honoo Suna - A: This stage is reached when one makes their first kill. This can happen early for some and if it is reached before someone hits their second stage it will often lead to mental instability and will often result in the banishment of this member, out of fear and to prevent them from killing anyone else. When one reaches this stage too early, the symbol on their back will burn and eventually become a scar rather then a birthmark or tattoo. This marks them as banished and will prevent them from ever reaching the final stage of the kekkei genkai, or any stages they have not yet reached. If this stage is reached in the proper order, the symbol will get larger still and turn red. They will also be able to to summon an elemental of sand. This being is summoned when one writes their name and the symbol for sand into the sand with their own blood and says the name of their clan.
• Sabaku Harikeen - SS: The final stage which is the hardest to reach and almost never reached for many. To obtain this stage, you have had to go through all other stages in order, you will have had to summon a sand elemental successfully, but you must also successfully kill a sand elemental. Because of how difficult it is for one to kill an elemental, very few even attempt to reach this level and many that have, fall to the elemental and never attain their desired goal. The one who have pulled it off are forbidden from revealing to others how they managed to kill the elemental. In this stage, they gain the ability to pull sand from other forms of dirt and even rock, pulling them apart one grain at a time and there for the need to carry sand with them everywhere is nullified. They are also able to use wet sand, pulling it from the water and using it as a mud for a combination of attacks that could be lethal. Upon obtaining this stage, the symbol on their back becomes raised, like a scar.

Clan Background
The clan originally started out as a roaming tribe of nomads who developed techniques in order to better survive in the desert. Eventually they grew in size and settled down all across the wind country, the vast majority joining Sabakugakure when it was founded. Each battle and war that has occurred, this clan has always been in them, determined to defend the home that they have finally found and willing to pass on their knowledge to other members of the village, even if they are not from the same clan. because of the unique properties of the Sabaku Oozei clan, they have had to go about their training in different ways, taking great care that no,one reaches a stage in the kekkei genkai too early. They are open with their clan to everyone, not wanting anyone to misunderstand something that is being done have conflict arise withing the village. because of this, the whole village is involved in the everyday aspects of the lives of each member of the Sabaku Oozei clan..

Clan Techniques
These are techniques only members of your clan can learn.
•Suna Shookan Shimasu - S
This is a summon only able to be used by the Sabaku Oozei clan. One cuts their finger and writes out their name and the symbol for sand into any sand, they then say the name of their clan and infuse their chakra into the sand. This will summon forth a sand elemental to do the bidding of the one who summoned them. However, the elementals are fickle and either will not come or will attack upon being summoned. Though it is dangerous, each member is encouraged to summon these elementals as often as possible so that they can build up a trust with them and hopefully one day be able to summon them without any problems. The one doing the summoning can ask any favor of the elemental, but again they can be fickle and they may or may not perform the action. If they do not like the favor or they just do not like the summoner and do not wish to listen, they will not perform the actions asked of them. But, if the elemental should accept, they will do their best to perform the favor to as close to perfect as possible.
*Note: The only known way to kill a sand elemental is to superheat them and turn them to glass, then shatter them.
•Gekido - A
Learned during the second stage of the kekkei genkai, one is able to increase their chakra to dangerous levels and they will go into a fit of uncontrollable rage. They will use any sand that is close to them as any sort of weapon, but can only use the jutsu that they already know, they cannot use anything that have not yet learned. This is also unable to be controlled, meaning they will hurt anyone and everyone that is close to them. They will come out of this rage once their chakra is depleted and it takes at least a week to recover if they survive. Using this too often will cause chakra points to become blocked, because of the massive amount of chakra that flows through the chakra points all at once, and disrupt the flow of chakra in ones body. As a result they could lose control of their chakra for a short time, or lose use of their chakra permanently. It is not advised to use this jutsu more than once a year.
Ninjutsu
• Suna no Taki - Sand Fall - B
-The user instantly manipulates a short expanse of sand (Around a five foot radius) and raises it into the air to be dropped down onto the enemy. Users typically mold it into a ball or sheet to either bury their enemies or cause a good deal of damage from the impact. The move may only move out to twenty feet before the user loses control of their attack. The move is best used against weaker enemies or used by only a more skilled user on stronger foes.
•Suna no Muchi - Sand Whip - B
-A very simple and basic move known by the user. Sand is manipulated and controlled very much like a single whip, being able to pick objects up or attack enemies. The ability and strength of the whip comes with how high the user’s stage is and can only able to expand out to ten feet.
•Bafu de- Buff up - A
-Buffing technique used when the user is at a disadvantage or has taken a large amount of damage. It multiplies the user's physical capabilities by 3, and increases their chakra control (thus leading to faster jutsu) for about 2 posts. On the third post, the user will enter a worn down state probably leaving them at 1/2 of their standard capabilities for the rest of the match.

Illusion Techniques
• Suna no Heizu - Sand Haze - D
-The user slowly manipulates the sand, the particles and grains infused with the chakra making it seem as if the user has disappeared. This usually gives the user a very short time to run, hide, or make a quick attack, since the haze can be easily broken with movement. It only lasts about twenty seconds on it's own or if the user is damaged, ruining their concentration.
•Dekoi - Decoy - D
-The user is covered in sand while creating three decoys looking exactly alike. Hitting the original will disarm the genjutsu, but the decoys like to keep the offender busy. The decoys, however, can only use physical attacks ( primarily punches and kicks) and can last a minute on their own before diappearing. The good side effect to this, is that they have good defense against their offenders.
• Honō no suna- Flame Sand - S
-Using the element of fire, the sand fuses itself with the flame to create a barrier around the user. It takes about 5 seconds to complete the barrier and can resist most genjutsu. It is also useful against physical attacks, unless the offender is resistant to fire. The barrier can also move with the user, which can make the Flaming sand somewhat offensive. As strong as it may be, it lasts only 15 seconds and drains a lot of stamina from the user.

General Background
Sage grew up living a rather normal life in Sabakugakure. He was always the misfit though, causing trouble wherever he went. He grew up a life with constant punishment from his rambunctious ways, but was still slightly respected for his abilities. He’s not too strong of a sand user, but they are more worthy than what was expected of him. When his grandfather passed away, he decided to dedicate his future to training and becoming a great warrior like him, wanting to make his family proud.

Personality
Sage is a rather active and outgoing person. Even though he is a respectful young man, he likes to sometimes cause a little trouble, which makes him look childish once in a while. He lives to serve, but lives to have fun. The man feels he’ll never truly grow up.
Sage also loves to be out when he can. Drinking, dancing, and singing are some of his favorite things to do, so he is not all that bad. However, when things are serious, he does his best to keep on track. But…sometimes you just have to make things fun.
