In the land of Touhou, people have been in a civil conflict, saying conflict because their isn't fighting but lots of disputes. One half wants to keep the ways of old, preserving culture and tradition. These people are the older and somewhat wiser people. the others are the younger people, the ones who are open minded and want to allow the influences of the outside to mix with theirs, and become one.
Because of this, Touhou had been very unstable. Even the people who try to live in peace are caught up with it. Morwen Felagund, an elven woman who fought in the demon war, has finally built her new inn, Felagund heights. Along with Terra, Cynder, and Basil, it's been going well.
However, not all is well, when the past comes to haunt them, and the politics comes around to ruin the peace they strived so hard to obtain.

~Episode 1~
The grand opening of Felagund Heights is underway and everything is going well. As the night progresses, remnants of the past come to haunt a certain adopted worker. Since the war, Touhou hasn't had much to celebrate about, besides the passing tournament.
~Episode 2-4~
The civil conflicts get worse and starts ripping Touhou apart from the inside. Wanting advice, the heros contemplate who to ask and what to do. Soon enough, fights break out, and the heros need to calm them down before they rip the very soul of Touhou apart.
