My family recently found out that my grandpa has cancer. They're giving him 6-9 months. I don't remember the name of the cancer but no one's ever been cured of it that I know of. It wraps "tenticales" around the brain. They took him off his medication for a bit. He stopped talking so they put him back on it and he still hasn't began talking again. The doctor said that he should have began talking again. He had a cat scan yesterday. Please keep him in your prayers!

I will definately pray for your grandpa. About 2 years ago, my grandpa died of stomach cancer and I still haven't gotten over it. I tears my heart apart when other people get cancer, especially when no one deserves something so terrible.

I lost my grandfather to lung cancer, so I understand the pain that you must be going through. I'll be sure to keep you and your family in my prayers.

I pray for you, I lost my Grandma to cancer crying , so I know how it feels, but evem if I didnt, I would still pray, so I will pray lots!

my grandfather died of cancer. when he was diagnosed, they said he had weeks. he made it for years...never give up..until he's gone..then know that he's in a much much better place...not a big comfort...but its a small one.

I need a pray my boyfriend is going to quit his job andtry to find another one. I have not told him but today I got sick and think I might be pregnant!!!!! I am so scared my last pregnancy ened in a miscarriage and I do not think I could go throught that again. Please pray for my boyfriend and me.
Sorry to read about your grandfather. It seems like alot of Grandfather's have cancer though mine was told he had lung cancer I am not sure how long they gave him. I just want his pain to go away and see him happy again adn I know that he would not want us to try and keep him alive.

He's back to pretty much being his old self again. He's talking a lot more now. He's done with his radiation treatment so at least that went well. Anyway, there's a funny story about him that I really want to tell. He has a German Shepard named Bear that he's had since he was a puppy. I went down there one weekend and Grandpa went outside. This was during the period where Grandpa would only talk if you asked him questions and it'd be a short one or two word sentence. Well, he went out into his back yard and Bear, the most devoted dog ever by the way, comes up to him and starts "talking". I've never heard anything like it before. It was like a mix between a bark and a whine. It was really neat. It was like Bear was trying to get him to talk to him. The wierd thing is that Bear never whines unless he's hurt. He only barks when Happy (their other dog) does. I've never heard him growl or really make any noises at all. It was really neat. Anyway, just thought I'd update this. Sorry I haven't been on in a while. The school blocked the site so I have to get on at home when my parents arn't home.
