OK, so I don't think I ever cleared up HOW MANY perks your character may have. Some people thought it was only one, some thought it was like eight or nine. THEREFOR, I have come to a solution that will hopefully make everyone happy. Just one isn't too special and doesn't really help to define one's character. As well as too many perks may overpower a character, making them near impossible to kill. I will allow each and every character, Three (3) perks, FOUR at max if you really want to get creative.
I apologize for any confusion that this may have caused.
[Note: THIS IS NOT CALL OF DUTY, I don't mean perks like Double tap or speed cola or WHATEVER, just no. When making a perk, make it so it's creative, TRY to be original! Thank you]
